“Customer Services need revising. I purchased a plastic bath that screws onto legs that also screw together to make a stand This was to enable me to put it in my bath and not have to kneel over the bath when shampooing my small (7 kilo) dog. It arrived extremely quickly, was well packaged and does indeed fit into my bath. Perfect!! Unfortunately, several of the screws were missing, which rendered it unfit for use. It took several phone calls plus emails, and over a week before anyone got back to me. However, when Groomers DID get in touch, they were very helpful and apologetic. The missing screws arrived the next working day. The bath is brilliant (now I’m able to fit it together and use it) and makes it so much easier for me to bathe my nervous rescue dog. Thanks, Groomers - we got there in the end!”

“The overall is a little tight on the sizing so always order up and I haven't used the combs yet but look good quality”

“Prompt and efficient service. Ordered a grooming stone and a detangling comb both work fine. Might be a idea to link items to best for type of breed. To help novice groomer choice the correct tool for the job”

“Groomers Performance Crown Coat Shampoo is rich and luxurious. Feels good on hand and dogs's skin and particulary for full coated breeds and knotted coats. Economic in use. Would recommend especially for cockerpoos etc. Scent could be stronger.”

“Snood arrived quickly and has really helped my dog at the groomers, I would have given a 5 star rating if someone would have contacted me back when I emailed regarding sizes, so I guessed at a large for a Bedlington terrier and it did fit well”

“Hi, I placed my order on 23rd February saying and received an email saying “payment received”. My only criticism is that I didn’t receive any notification that my order had been posted out to me. By Friday afternoon I was on the verge of phoning Groomers Limited to chase up my order when I spotted an orange missed delivery slip from local sorting office. I collected parcel the next day. I’m happy with products received and speed of delivery. No happy that I didn’t receive email notification that order had been posted out. Made me feel concerned that my order had been lost or stolen.”
