“Good product range I bought a new work coat after my old one from your company got old and worn it lasted multiple years cannot fault it only thing is that the zipper on the new pink isn’t the same as the badge compared to old”

“Well, groomers as a company i would say is great, the stuff was shipped out quite quick with good correspondence as the item i was getting was rather large .. I knocked a star off as the parcel arrived very VERY damaged, but this may not have been Groomers fault, it may have been the couriers? The courier took the parcel back and Groomers were very quick to contact me and sort out sending a new one out.”

“Ordering was simple and delivery arrived quickly . I have a cavapoo who attends a groomer regularly, to keep his coat in good condition, as he likes nothing more than rolling in the mud and getting wet . He always comes home lovely and soft and smelling divine, so I asked which shampoo she uses ,so placed my order . I have used it once so far and was not disappointed, it lathered easily and was easy to rinse ,and yes he was lovely and fluffy and smelt good too .”

“Product arrived on time and was as expected. The only downside was a plastic bottle in a plastic bag and in a Jiffy bag. Leaked everywhere, bag sopping wet although it did smell good.”

“Postal charge to Isle of Wight is not accceptable. Other companies deliver free of charge. Goods purchased meant we should have had free delivery. Isle of Wight is part of the U.K. and does not incur extra costs for delivery from the post office.”
