Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Bought from their sale and then went to the official Pandora store and realised I had paid almost double what the item was in store. Wouldn't buy from them again.”

I completely understand how frustrating it can be to buy something and later see it at a lower price elsewhere — that’s never a great feeling. Pandora’s summer sale is managed directly by them and changes frequently, with items being added and prices adjusted throughout the campaign. As an authorised Pandora retailer, we follow their pricing and promotional guidelines and do not have control over when items are added to the sale. We’ve looked into your order (Order ID: WEB86299) and can confirm that the item you purchased (Pandora June Birthstone Eternity Circle Dangle Charm) was not part of the Pandora sale at the time. “Lovely website with every detail about the chosen items. Perfect gift for my granddaughters first birthday and now I can add to it yearly for gifts. Would highly recommend Grace & Co. “Still haven't received my order , no tracking information received. Have emailed , received a reply to say it should be with you by last Friday and at the latest Saturday. Still nothing .... No emails received when dispatched although I was told they were sent.”
