Grace & Co is a family-run and family-owned contemporary jewellers set up in 2010 by two jewellery professionals with over 40 years of experience between them.

Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“I received my bracelet and my charm just in time for Christmas. I tried to add my charm, but couldn’t get it to go on, so I sent an email asking for help, this was answered with a video of how to add and take off charms.. after several attempts, I got it to work..very happy with my purchase and the quick response back.”

“Wrong item sent, had to chase for the refund a couple of weeks after sending it back. Then have had return postage deducted from the amount they’ve sent back. Shocking when it was their error and I am out of pocket, not good service at all.”

Good afternoon, We're so sorry to hear you've had an issue with your refund. We've investigated this and corrected the glitch with our system. You will receive an email shortly to confirm the additional refund. We have also investigated the delay in processing your refund and it seems that, despite you posting the item back to us, it hasn't arrived at our Returns Department. Upon your email asking if it had arrived, we issued a refund and reported the lost item with Royal Mail. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused. “DID NOT ARRIVE IN 3 WEEKS EMAILED CALLED UP SAID THEY WOULD SIAD THEY WOULD DELIVER IN 5 DAY AND IT WAS FOR MY NAN GOR CHRISTMAS IM SO GUTTED AND THEY TOO THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND STILL NOT ARRIVED IM APPALLED”
