Grace & Co is a family-run and family-owned contemporary jewellers set up in 2010 by two jewellery professionals with over 40 years of experience between them.

Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“The charm didn’t come with the nomination packaging which was disappointing as it was a gift.”

Hi Rachel, thank you for shopping with us. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. As per our policy, Nomination charms are sent in their standard charm packaging. Nomination gift bags are only included when a bracelet is purchased. However, we do offer our own branded gift bags, which are great for gifting individual charms and can be added to your order at checkout. We hope you’ll consider this option next time, and we’re always here if you need any assistance.

“Bought as a gift. Originally need to ask if they would put the charm in the gift bag, which they did for me. 😘 I’d asked for it to be sent to NI and a very kind lady rang and said they didn’t ship to N Ireland, so they posted directly to me so I could post on. Excellent service. Really helped me out and my friend got her present on time 🎉”
