Grace & Co is a family-run and family-owned contemporary jewellers set up in 2010 by two jewellery professionals with over 40 years of experience between them.

Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“Ordered 2 charms for a friend's birthday one was fine the other was very faded, I've emailed to show photos of faded one the day it arrived and chased up again as not had any response or acknowledgement of my emails. First time using Grace & Co so not very impressed. Asked for a review of customer service before I've had communication so it's negative all round in afraid. A lot of money spent on something that's not good enough”

“I bought 4 Nomination charms in order to get a free Nomination bracelet. I didn’t realise that it only applied to silver bracelet. I ordered a gold bracelet but wrong size but was charged for this bracelet . I contacted the company to see if I would be entitled to a free silver bracelet as I bought well over the £69 limit to qualify and they said no. Won’t be buying anything more from them. Poor customer service”
