Grace & Co is a family-run and family-owned contemporary jewellers set up in 2010 by two jewellery professionals with over 40 years of experience between them.

Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“I purchased 3 charms. I usually purchase from the store in Nottingham but tried the online site out of curiosity, it is easy to use, lots of choice. The items were individually boxed and packaged as well as those purchased from the shop so were in perfect condition when they arrived. I still prefer the shop as I like to look at the jewellery, the staff are lovely and so helpful but the Grace & co online site is an excellent alternative for those who prefer online shopping.”

“Avoid at all cost! Very disappointed with the customer service. I received one initial response, but despite the company stating that it responds within 48 hours, I have heard nothing since. The courier’s own GPS coordinates and proof of delivery clearly show that the parcel was delivered to a different address, not mine. Despite this evidence, the company hasn’t issued a refund and is now ignoring my messages. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect.”
