Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

The 4 stars mean a lot but we're disappointed to have not received 5 as we pride ourselves on our communication with the customer informing them of the journey our products take to get from A to B. We checked our system and to be totally honest, we don't know why you were unable to see the tracking details of your order. “There's a very nice selection of jewellery and watches on Grace & Co. I found a very pretty necklace. Delivery was also super speedy - ordered on a Friday and was wearing it by Monday!”

“Our granddaughter was delighted with her bracelet and the charm we had chosen. However there was much frustration and difficulty on removing a link to add the charm. We would have liked a specialist tool to make the task easier”

“The bracelet was lovely and packaged well but I decided to return it as I liked something else more. I did include the postage receipt as I sent it special delivery which was £7.20 but they wouldn’t help with the returns cost, as it’s not their policy.”

“Great service fast and efficient - however, the earrings are tiny lots smaller than what they looked on the photo and unable to return due to hygiene reasons. I would suggest putting a photo on of actual size instead of zoomed in ones as now I’m stuck with a tiny pair of earrings”
