“The price of the earrings were good. Unfortunately how the earrings were packaged led to one of the earrings being bent and the little gift bag being punctured.”

“I got Anais silver chain and lockets for my two adult daughters for Christmas. One was heart shaped and the other a tear drop. They absolutely loved them. I wanted to buy lettered Anais charms for my two daughters for their respective birthdays. Unfortunately the two letters, D & O were out of stock. About a week later they arrived in stock and I ordered them. They were shipped that day. Unfortunately the post was slow and it took a week to arrive. Two days after my daughter Deirdre's birthday. At least I have them in time for my other daughter, Orla's birthday.”

“The Coeur de Lion necklace is lovely and I have been complimented on it but the pearls and crystals are a little smaller than I expected. It would have helped me to have had approximate measurements of the pearls and other stones on the website. The delivery was very quick and efficient and arrived in time for Christmas.”

“Bought a pair of vivienne westwood earrings from grace and co , that were sold out on many other websites. Price was very competitive , free delivery . My only complaint was not receiving any email confirmation from them or updates on delivery . I was able to sign into account online but i do like to keep email record of purchase too .”

“Customer service was excellent but I had to telephone twice as my on line account said my orders were zero and that gave me cause for concern until the item arrived. I do consider as an internet shopping was poor that this area needs investigation.”
