“Delivery was quick, a little disappointed that the bracelet was in a bag and not a box but that’s Guess jewellery for you I suppose! Love bracelet and great service from Grace & co”

“Really love the website got such nice items on there, will defiantly order again. Couple of things to improve on, when I ordered my item on the website it said that there were enough in stock, but I received a call pretty soon after I made the order to say that there wasn't enough but I was able to amend my order slightly easily and was refunded the difference. When the alternate arrived I was very happy and there were boxes and gift bags for the items which were a lovely touch. The only problem with that was I had ordered 5 items and only received 4 gift bags, I have made contact to see if another gift bag can be sent out to me as the items are gifts for my bridesmaids and can't give 4 of them in a gift bag and one not but yet to hear back. I will order again from Grace & Co. Thanks Kate Pothecary”

“Item as described. The item took slightly longer to get to me but that was expected due to the adverse weather conditions. I purchased a Katie Loxton pouch which comes with a nice cardboard bag but because it was sent in a too small parcel envelope (which was ripped) the bag got crushed in transit. So can't really give it as part of the gift presentation”

“Would have been Very Good except the free bracelet didn't arrive with the order. Had to chase it up a couple of times until eventually arriving. Looks like the admin that surrounds an order requires tightening up. In all other respects, the buying experience was fine.”
