“Exactly what I ordered but it was a deep box and would have expected sponge part to be in box for presentation.”

“Great service fast and efficient - however, the earrings are tiny lots smaller than what they looked on the photo and unable to return due to hygiene reasons. I would suggest putting a photo on of actual size instead of zoomed in ones as now I’m stuck with a tiny pair of earrings”

“Was received in ok packaging. I was expecting it to be presented in a proper earring box rather than in plastic and i had difficulty removing the price tag from the back of the earring.”

Hello. Thank you for finding us. I prevent unnecessary waste, GUESS provide a small leaflet that should have been present in your package. On that leaflet, there are instructions to where to go to have your watch registered for a guarantee, and also for instructions on how to use your watch. I hope this helps.

“Really love the website got such nice items on there, will defiantly order again. Couple of things to improve on, when I ordered my item on the website it said that there were enough in stock, but I received a call pretty soon after I made the order to say that there wasn't enough but I was able to amend my order slightly easily and was refunded the difference. When the alternate arrived I was very happy and there were boxes and gift bags for the items which were a lovely touch. The only problem with that was I had ordered 5 items and only received 4 gift bags, I have made contact to see if another gift bag can be sent out to me as the items are gifts for my bridesmaids and can't give 4 of them in a gift bag and one not but yet to hear back. I will order again from Grace & Co. Thanks Kate Pothecary”

“Item as described. The item took slightly longer to get to me but that was expected due to the adverse weather conditions. I purchased a Katie Loxton pouch which comes with a nice cardboard bag but because it was sent in a too small parcel envelope (which was ripped) the bag got crushed in transit. So can't really give it as part of the gift presentation”
