The "salesperson" said I would have an engineer come to look at my freezer in 2 days time. When I eventually got to speak with the engineers it was going to take a lot more time than that. I ended up speaking with a lot of people and got no joy, so I cancelled the contract and asked a local firm to step in.

The agreed repair was for a provisional date but we understand how frustrating it is that it had to be changed. We're sorry to hear our service was not as expected. Your repair was refunded.

First engineer booked didn't turn up. 2nd visit engineer had no equipment to repair fridge/freezer. 3rd visit fridge repaired. Unable to repair ice + water. ( still not working) I had to take 3 days off from work as no am or afternoon time were given until the date of repair.

Overpriced repair, for which I had to take out insurance I didn't want. Not informed what time the engineer would attend on the day. Waited in until 4:00pm, when he turned up but he couldn't repair our cooker as he "didn't do gas" - without doubt one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in my entire lifetime.

Shane was very polite and assisted very quickly in helping me. Good overall customer service, lets just hope my fridge get repaired before my beers get warm.

Told an appointment booked - it wasn't. Missold. Got a refund but sent by cheque rather than back on to card. Would not recommend them.

Hello, we're sorry if there was any miscommunication. We usually refund to card but on this occasion there may have been a problem with doing so, therefore we wrote a cheque.

Ultimately the repair was good but it took nearly 3 weeks to repair. First visit required ordering of a new part. Then day that repair was to take place the engineer visit was cancelled. Eventually final repair took place and this seems to be effective. Time was a big issue.

A speedy response and contact. The lady on the phone was very efficient and patient, and explained everything to me. However, my initial enthusiasm was rather deflated when I was called to arrange for an engineer to call. Initially I was given Thursday, but was then informed it would be Monday 24th October. Not impressed it takes a week to get an engineer out.

Please accept my sincere Thanks & Appreciation for your very prompt action to book an engineer and saved me taking another day off from work. Thanks again for getting my fridge freezer repaired. The engineer was very polite and professional who did a good job, Please pass on my Thanks to him too. Touch-wood! at the moment its doing a fine job of cooling and keeping all of us cool. Nothing went right with Go Assist which after a few months changed to Big Warranties. I insured my washer dryer which cost £976 with them. I had insurance for two years. My machine broke down 20 months into the insurance period and after numerous calls and complaints, four weeks later i get an email that they can't repair it and they will pay me £130 . WHAT!?!?! PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE INSURANCE COMPANIES THEY ARE SEVERAL COMPANIES UNDER ONE MANAGEMENT. BEWARE!
