“Was lead to believe that I'd have some say in when repair would happen but just found out I can only specify a day. No point saving a bit on repair if I have to lose a day's pay waiting in for fitter. Immediate cancellation only solution. I knew there had to be a catch!”

“Strongly recommend. Extremely helpful and very clear explanations. Nothing was too much trouble. Timely repair and good service. Sadly our freezer was a gas problem and the gas is banned now in this country but company was happy to refund a timely refund or transfer to another appliance.”
