“Bought the policy on the basis that I could have the repair done on the Thursday, 2 days later. Turned out I have to wait 2 weeks. Not particularly impressed with the service, everyone is helpful but no one is accountable.”

Hi Philip, sorry to hear you did not like the price we quoted. The price was for a fixed cost repair so covers multiple call-outs if necessary, covering parts and labour, plus guarantees repairs for a year. If you change your mind please do not hesitate to give us a call on 0800 8654 111.
