Waited a few days but got a repairer in the morning who was gone within an hour. Left the cooker in as new order. Overall experience was good as staff are friendly and polite as was the repairer.

My Hotpoint dishwasher was repaired efficiently. Go Assist sent friendly engineers who were polite and laid down dust sheets around the areas they worked in. A good price too considering numerous parts were replaced. I would certainly recommend them for dishwasher repairs.

Poor company. Was promised a visit on the 7th April received a text from Maytag showing a visit planned for next Tuesday 12th April. Have written complaint email twice without response. Fridge Freezer broken so needed an urgent response accepted deal on the basis of Thursday. Never told that they use Hotpoint (Maytag) service and are just an insurance intermediary (I thought they were the service company). Feel conned.

Hi Ian, Sorry your repair was delayed, this does occasionally happen when our network is extremely busy. We are a service network and not an insurance intermediary so we're sorry for any confusion about that. As for the engineers we inform our customers that we use manufacturer engineers themselves as we have great rates with them, as you know. If there's anything else we can do just let us know, thanks. Nice people, called me quickly and arranged a visit from the manufacturer who after several visits could not repair it bit they replaced it free of charge which is great service. Would recommend. Thanks.

Really good job. Came round quickly and fixed it there an then. Will use again but hopefully won't have to. Didn't buy the insurance... probably should have given my wife likes to use the dishwasher more than I have hot meals.

They're just after your account details. The service is non existent. You book, arrange a date, agree a price then get told an engineer will be in touch. Engineer does not get in touch, hence 3 phone calls to customer support followed by 3 promises of a call back. None call backs emerged. Miss the date forfeit the fee, I'm going to be chasing for ALL of my money back, I've read on here they try to extract a fifty quid admin fee - we'll see if eh small claims court agrees with this business practice. I am selling a house and if the cooker is not functional on the date of entry I pay a forfeit - these clowns are not going to make the date.

This is a complete con. You contact them and they say they wlll get someone out as soon as possible and they suggest a day and ask if you would prefer morning or afternoon. You then go ahead and pay for the fix only to find out on the expected day of repair that there is no engineer booked and that it will be at least another week before one can come out. I have contacted Trading Standards regarding the selling practices of this company, I will also be cancelling the repair and demanding a full refund.
