Customer service very poor not replying to my email trued phoning did not answer had problems with the new boiler after days on upset the installation engineer called me told to try other settings said would call me back in 30 minutes that was over a week ago and still waiting on call NOT what I call great customer service

Awful communication and even worse customer service. Spent several thousands on solar panels and has been a nightmare since. Delivery of panels was awful, first time round the delivery drivers arrived with no solar panels at all and were not aware of this until they arrived. They said "oh this happens a lot". Second time round the delivery worker was so inept he nearly dropped our solar panels off the back of his lorry which no doubt would have smashed them. He even had to ask my husband to come and and help control his equipment so he didn't break them. Installation day comes round and installers arrive on time and were great, however as time was going on we noticed there was no electrician. We rang them 3 hours into installation to find out that the electrician was actually booked in for 3 days after installation. There was no communication from Glow Green about this. The only communication we received informed us everything would be done on the day of installation. When I informed them this would not be possible as we cannot be home that day and had arranged time off for the day of installation, I was promised a phone call from scheduling "within 10-20 minutes". 1 hour later still no call so I called back. I spoke with Viktor who was incredibly nonchalant about it and spoke to us as though it would be easy enough for us to take the day off with 3 days notice. There was apparently no manager to speak to and no-one available in scheduling. He assured me a call back. 4 hours later still no call. I am now sat on hold and have been for 40 minutes- someone keeps answering, pressing a button and putting me back on hold. So at this point I have several thousands of pounds worth of solar panels that I cannot use, with no idea of when they can be used. Every person in customer services I have spoken to has been incredibly unhelpful with transparent attempts to fob me off but no real attempt to resolve any issue.

Glow Green - DO NOT USE!!! I have wasted so much time and energy trying to sort out a problem they caused. At the 11th hour the Engineer dismissed the installation of the boiler (whatever that means!!!!). They gave a slot 8 days later!!!!! Why is there no emergency back up for cases like this - I appreciate it's a busy time of year but surely the company should accommodate for this. The after care is appalling - I have held on the phone all morning - getting nowhere. I have sent emails to customer care and two sales individuals with no answer. How can I be assured the cancellation won't happen again. My tenant has two young children and an elderly mother to wait for 8 days is not acceptable for a large company - the reason I initially went with them is the assurance it would be fitted urgently - that was utter false information!!!! I am still holding on the phone getting no answer whatsoever - do not use this company.

I recently had a boiler breakdown (i.e., Sunday) 27th November 2022) and needed assistance. I found you all to be very slack in your response to emergency matters, and reluctant to want to come out and fix the issue, instead getting the customer to fix the problem instead, which by the way has not worked and I have received no assistance since???. I bought this boiler from Glow Green by the way and this is a new boiler and should not be breaking down. I gave a "1" rating because someone did get back to me, but gave very vague instructions as to how they would like me to fix the problem. Meanwhile, my boiler bill is on the rise because I cannot switch the boiler off through the normal procedure and have to always turn off the boiler at the mains. This can't be good for the boiler if turning off and on too many times. However, I am recording all this and when the boiler does eventually break down ill be seeking compensation via the legal route. I have communicated both via phone call and emails.

Glowgreen why on earth did we get a boiler from this hapless company. From the day the boiler was fitted (an eyesore) it did not work properly. 3 engineers later it was sort of working. The last engineer Britannia Building services (excellent) told us the piping was all wrong and that the 1st engineer should've known that. Anyway because of all the issues Glowgreen gave us a free wireless upgrade, the only problem with that was that the control unit is not compatible with the wired thermostat, the upgrade they sent was 2 parts should've been 3 bits to the upgrade. We cannot set the heating to come on or turn off using the control panel, we have to turn it on and off manually. I've contacted customer services about this and they want to charge a call out fee of £144 to try and prove its operator error. I've already told them that the engineer who fitted the upgrade said that we would not be able to set the heating to turn on and off. So I replied and said I'm not paying £144 for someone to come out and fund out I am right about a wrong fitted system. No reply to that email as yet.

Solar PV installation still 1/2 done after 10 weeks! Ten weeks after my Solar PV installation was started, I’m still waiting for it to be finished. I have had many, many promises each of which have come to nought. I have lost several working days due to no-show of GlowGreen contractors. Again today I was let down for the fourth time recently without so much as a notification, that the company had told the fitter to go elsewhere. No explanation has been given and it was left to me to chase it and find out what was happening. No Response from GlowGreen. Getting to speak with anyone specific at GlowGreen seems to an impossible task. When I have been very persistent and waited on hold for very extended times, the person finally answering has taken details and promised callbacks which never materialised. Even the sales director fails to keep his promises and largely fails to respond to callback requests. I expected better! So 10 weeks in I have a 1/2 installed system which has been 2/3ds paid for and GlowGreen are showing no interest in completing the job. They will not respond to emails and calls get routed to someone incapable of making any difference. Since writing this review two months ago a set of contractors came out and managed to screw things up worse than ever. Since then I have been let down another three times when contractors don't arrive. I've lost track of the number of times this has gone wrong. What a total shower Glow Green are. I am now looking for legal advice and see if that wakes them up, but I seriously doubt it. Small claims court, here we come! Avoid the Months of stress and wasted time and look elsewhere. I would never touch this outfit or recommend them to anyone. Using Glow Green is possibly the worst decision of my life. Never before have I been messed about like this.

please don't choose Glow green. Their engineers are unprofessional and their service is so poor. They are so rude too. This feedback is from my personal experience. They don't even care their existing customers.

Glow Green have finally finished our solar panel installation. Contractors were great but Glow Green service is appalling. Customer service should be re-named customer disservice! Our UPVC window was damaged and their response was - go and buy a pot of paint! Horrendous response times until of course it is time for final payment. Would never use again.

Boilers are reasonably priced but the finance options are very expensive. Installation was fine. That's about as good as it gets. I went through a very detailed call with their customer services team to get the most appropriate boiler for the needs of the house (large 4 bed with bathroom, en-suite, cloakroom and kitchen). I was promised that the boiler would be suitable and as there are four of us in the house that both showers could be used at once. At installation the children weren't old enough to use a shower so having both together wasn't tried initially. We found fairly shortly afterwards that as soon as another water source was used, pressure in either shower dropped and would end up freezing cold. We asked for a couple of visits to the property but they were cancelled due to lockdown. An initial complaint was raised in January this year but was dismissed out of hand by customer services and found myself stonewalled. I have now raised complaint again by going through Utility Warehouse and am still finding customer service poor. I received a voicemail from a complaints handler and promised emails but 8 days later I am still to have further contact. I have tried customer services to find out what is going on but waiting time is appalling and after three 20+ minutes attempts I have had to abandon each time.

avoid I got a bad experience with them. they installed solar panels in my house on day 1 system is faulty. scaffolding is still on the front of my house after 2 months of installation... customer service does not exist. Don't waste your time and money on them...

This company have taken money £1100 and failed to provide the product. They have promised a refund but it hasn't arrived and keeps being delayed. They don't respond to attempts at contact. I have even attempted to contact their CEO who ignores my pleas for help. Totally unethical and immoral. Please DO NOT use them. My bank are now handling this case and I am in the process of escalating my complaints with trading standards and the obudsman.

Awful experience with this company, their rep Rebecca and engineer James. Our boiler had to be moved as it's old and regulations have changed since it was installed - fine. We were told if we did the works to drill through our work surfaces, move plugs etc, they'd do the work at an additional cost of £150. We had other companies go on site to quote and suggest a much easier solution, move it to the wall. I shared this with glowgreen along with the information from the engineer and it was confirmed fine, let's go ahead, that position will be an additional £300. I agreed and we planned an install date, only to be called and told actually, it's another £600. No justification. £600 is the cost I was quoted to move it to another room, not less than 1 m from where it is currently. The process has been so laborious that I'm going with a much more expensive provider and a better boiler as I don't trust this company to do a good job and the experience with the customer services representative has been painful beyond belief. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Update: I was told my refund was processed and to wait 5 working days. No money arrived. I was then sent a note yesterday saying it had been processed and would arrive before the end of the day but nothing. We are trying to pay the other boiler company but glowgreen are holding our funds without any reason, claiming to have refunded us. I paid them on the 29th. Absolutely disgraceful company. I’ve read the other reviews on Trustpilot and it seems this is common.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY As a builder that's having more aircon requests, I tried Glow green Ltd as they had good availability. What a mistake. They are totally reliant on sub-contract installers, which I'm not against as I use them myself. But the first one was cancelled the day before then I had to wait weeks for the second which was a total messer started then never came back. It was a case of third time lucky but again I had to wait. When you try to explain that it's holding up the job as you can't finish the plastering they have no idea what your talking about and can't comprehend what your saying as the office has no building experience. Glow green offered the complete service inc electric's and I had to take photos of the fuse box. Because it was taking so long I had my electrician carry out the wiring to their spec as we were re-wiring the property. I'm still trying to get reimbursed for that now and getting completely ignored. The whole process was made worse as nobody answers the phones or returns calls or reply to emails. They take 50% upfront payment so your trapped and they retain your card details to take money at will. Which they did the quickest thing about this company is how fast that happens. In fact, so fast they took the whole amount including the 50% deposit again. They have since rectified that mistake. However, I'm still waiting for a response to my electric refund.

Somehow Glowgreen managed to cancel my installation with the scaffolders electrician and roofers who all rearranged their days but somehow forgot to tell me it wasn’t happening. I was sent 5 emails after complaining, each email stated don’t contact us well get in touch if we need more information and (name) was in charge of my case. Terrible service. No one ever phoned/emailed me. It was up to me to demand an install date. 2 weeks after I managed to rearranged install the scaffolding is still up (removal 7 days after install) I’m sure will only come down if I phone them. As it’s now October will phone in March when I want to use the patio again. All insurance documents had wrong figures and dates on?? Anyone want to contact me Glowgreen?? Christopher, Yolander who all promised to return my emails and phone calls I’d love to hear from you.

This company are cowboys. They will damage your house and then deny everything. You would do better to find another company where you will get good service and skilled workmanship. Don’t believe all their sales patter.

I give this company a very poor as the date kept being changed, the insulation was bad left unfinisheded for months, unable to get in contact with them, property left damaged and it was my fault, had to contract my own electrician as fault blow my electrics and then had to contract a plumber for faulty value as this company wanted to charge me before they would send anyone out. I spent a whole year trying to put right what these cowboys didn't. Do, they kept issuing job tickets and no one came.
