I ordered a new boiler from Glow Green and it was delivered on time and work started on time but the boiler when connected did not work so a new part was delivered within 30 minutes and fitted and the boiler worked but the engineers left the site and for 8 days and counting I as an 84 year old pensioner have had no hot water or heating over that period the thermostat was not completed and a sign on the boiler says do not use this boiler because it has not been commissioned they have promised on several occasions to complete the work but have told lie after lie to avoid returning to get my heating and hot water on, the worst company I have ever encountered and should be drummed out of business. I have been promised they will return on Thursday 23rd Feb just hope it’s not another lie.

I am an 84 year old pensioner and Glow Green fitted my new boiler on the 14 February but the installers made a hash of it and burned the control panel out but the manufacturer's had a new part supplied and fitted to get the boiler working but the original fitters could not get away fast enough it’s now 20th February and I still have no hot water or heating and can get no sense from this company to complete the job , the worst service I have ever come across read the Trust Pilot reviews before even thinking about using this fly by nigh t outfit or like me you will be without heating or hot water despite them taking your money.

The scaffolding is still up and it's been over a month since completion. Any phone calls do not get returned and no information is passed on. Am having resort to my local council and small claims court to resolve.

BE AWARE OF THEIR SERVICE. They're just trying to make you buy from them but they don't finish all job and they charge you full amount of the quote. If I could, I would give 0 stars and NEVER RECOMMENDED THEM. They quoteed me to change to a combi boiler and to replace 3 radiators but when the engineer come he wasn't aware that he needed to replace the radiators too so after he instaled the new boiler he left and I have got stuck with the radiators which I have bought it separately. So I have tried to get in touch with the person who quoted me, Jamie for 3 days but he never get back to me after the quotation. Every single time when I called the office, they wasn't able to give me an answer with what's going on but after 3 days I've been charged full amount of the quote but the radiators never installed.

Completely useless,incompetent and lie.my saga started 15 dec 22 and still not completed their work. steer very clear. The sub contractors were the only part that was not useless. Thats when they eventually got to you.

Poor service, three appointments failed to turn up to fit boiler, didn't even get boiler I ordered dispite paying deposit, not recommend this company.

I have found the customer service on the telephone to be very difficult, you are left waiting for a long long time. When the fitters arrived to install my solar panels they were the first people to come out in person, when they installed the panels on the roof, they told me they had measured the space and I would be able to get an additional 2 panels up. When I eventually got through to my account manager, after trying the phone, leaving messages and finally going to email, I was phoned back by a guy called Dan, who told me I couldn't fit any more panels on the roof, and after a long conversation, he said that if I could justify that I could fit them I would have to pay for another survey and another scaffolding bill despite the scaffolding still being in place and the fitters telling me they are back in the area and could put them up in about 15/20 minutes. When the installation was completed I was told by the fitters that the datalogger was faulty, they said that they have lots of them that are faulty, and they said they would report it back to GlowGreen and arrange to come out and fit a replacement, I still haven't heard anything. I got a call from someone called Tony on Saturday last week asking me to leave some feedback on the fitters, when I read the review question it was asking me to leave it about their company, which was misleading. I mentioned to him about the Datalogger, he said he would look into it on Monday and get back to me - still heard nothing

Terrible company for solar power - highly advise you avoid at all costs. Communication is vital with any large project and this company is dire. Received a PV quote from them with very pushy sales tactics. However when install date came around total shambles. - Put the scaffolding up 2 months too early. - tried to take the scaffolding down again before actually doing the job - cancelled install date at last minute, after their contractors had already turned up - sent the wrong kit - no ability to talk to anyone in the company. Usually 40+ minutes on hold then all their customer service agents have no clue and are unable to get their questions answered so promise call backs that of course never happen. - ignore all email communication - complaint team equally unresponsive Still waiting 3 weeks later post my install date with no clue what is happening, expensive equipment sat outside the house at risk of damage, and no way to contact anybody.

If I could rate this company lower I would. Four installation dates later and FINALLY our boiler has been fitted! The company cannot organise themselves to actually provide a level of good service to their customers. You get passed from department to department, and installation dates are cancelled less that 24 hours before they are due to take place for reasons that they have been made aware of since the start of the overall process! Staff are rude on the phone, and although they apologise profusely for the failings of the company they don't actually put anything in to action to support the customer with what they are paying for. The traders that they hire don't turn up on the day, that is if the company themselves have actually bothered to book them, something I am not sure I entirely believe! However, the traders are by far the best thing about this company when they do turn up and I certainly couldn't fault the ones that turned up to my property. My advice to anyone looking to potentially work for this company... DON'T the likelihood is you will get shouted at by disgruntled customers like myself. Engineers, find a company that won't mess you around the way that this company does. And to future customers, if you want a boiler fitted in a timely manner go elsewhere, this company really isn't as 'award winning' as their website leads you to believe.

If I could rate "0" I would. I pay for boiler service from almost 4 years and never get service done on time. Appointments constantly are reschedule for the following month or 2 then cancel on the day of service or day before. Currently waiting for the engineer on service which supposed to be done in August last year so almost 6 months!!! Unbelievable!!! Looks like nothing but Trading Standard will help.

Used these for a solar PV system and due to incompetence, lack of organisation and terrible customer service the whole thing is now finally sorted after 15 months of hell. In my case they made a verbal agreement about something, only to then completely renege on it. Their calls are recorded allegedly yet despite knowing the date of the verbal agreement there was "no record" of this conversation where an agreement was made. Very convenient! The complaints team seemed to be targetted on not replying for months, and the ombudsman is about as much use as a concrete parachute. Final amount paid after several threats of court action despite the complaint being referred to the ombudsman.

We had a new boiler installed on 2nd December 2021 the engineer done a good job. We took out insurance to cover yearly service, I have been trying to book a boiler service with them since November 2022, I have phoned them five times but they don't answer the calls, I have also emailed them four times and don't get a response we are now in January 2023 and the boiler has not yet been serviced.

Legendary Bad Service (Complete Opposite of the GOAT) If there is anything less than 1 star, I would have given it to them. Their service is legendarily bad. I got brand new boiler installed by them on 09/01/2023. The next day, the boiler broke down with a fault 83. Alright, that is fine. It could happen. We called them on that day (10/01/2023), and they said that they would get back to us. Till this very moment, we have not got a response back from them as to when an Engineer will be out to fix the boiler. They are just ignoring us (Yea, we got your money). My wife and I have been calling everyday since the 10/01/2023 (sometimes twice a day, getting call queued for 30 minutes to 45 minutes), only to be told that they will get back to us, which they never do. Next day, its the same routine again. My children have been catching cold and squeezing in the house, and I have been having to use electric to heat a room in the house for short periods of time, given the state of the energy bills, the fact that I just paying them (Glow green) over £2400 for a broken boiler. An heartless company, just out to grab money. One for me to avoid like the pledge in the future. I intend to complain the trading standards ombudsman. Just been very busy at the moment

Ticket ref GG-TK-110600 remains open as the physical boiler install that commenced on 9/12/2022 still does not provide hot water to the cylinder tank when HW demand is presented from the controller/wiring control centre. Initially, before the installer's second visit to investigate on 22/12, the boiler would intermittently come on and we had constant very hot water. Fortunately, since 22/12, the wiring has left the HW valve open but the only way now to have heated hot water in the cylinder is to have the heating on which presents 2 issues. 1. £££unnecessary heating of house just for hot water so often having cold showers before, during and after Christmas. 2. HW in cylinder could get too hot without a mechanism to stop the flow of the heated water to the cylinder tank when the heating is on. Issue #2 has been more relevant following my daughter's diagnosis of Pneumonia just before Christmas. I'm still waiting to be contacted and have been waiting for a promised electrician since 22/12/2022 following the second visit by the installer who confirmed is not qualified to diagnose the wiring issues caused by the install. The old boiler worked when required (hot water and heating) but was replaced as it kept cutting out when the heating was on. I know it has been Christmas but it has been almost a month since the install and it's still not installed properly as the system is rendered manual with additional cost overheads to unnecessarily heat radiators at the same time. Not a great advert for reducing emissions from fossil fuel usage, not to mention my gas bill. I called again yesterday and was promised contact to confirm when the electrician will be here but am yet to receive this. I will be seeking compensation if the situation is not fully resolved by end of 6/1/2023.

I was given an installation date that didnt happen till nearly 2 weeks later the installation engineer made several silly mistakes ie cutting off my washing machine drain and very messy workman. customer services have failed to get back to me despite raising tickets i am still waiting for a response

In my customer experience after having a Vaillant installed on 14th November, they appear to be a most dysfunctional and incompetent organisation with no idea of customer service. A problem was reported on 20th December, Gas supply was capped-off on 23rd December only to be restored on 31st January when an independent Gas Safe engineer was paid to resolve the issue in the complete absence of assistance from Glow Green Ltd!
