“All good …. The only hassle was about getting a time to get the boiler delivered which was going to be Friday , then Monday before 10 then between 1 and 2 and eventually arrived at 2:30”

“I had solar and batteries fitted and I am super happy with the quality of the installation, which is what I paid for, so very happy with that. I would use them again without doubt, but I now know to take with a pinch of salt what the account manager says, I won’t mention him by name so as not to cause any harm, but once I agreed to the price and payed the first instalment, I never heard from him again, despite sending multiple emails.”

“The service from start to finish has been excellent. Staff are helpful, friendly and informative. The only downside is that for the last 2 weeks we have been chasing the DNO documentation. We can't get any answers, phone calls are hardly answered, nobody will give us answers. We are sending electric back to the grid and can't get update on the paperwork to get money from the grid for it.”

“Glow Green support group came good. They made sure that Vaillant engineers resolved the issue which from the onset, I knew was a faulty pressure switch and expansion valve. Glow Green followed through the process until the manufacturer resolved the problem. The boiler is now working well. My thanks go to Glow Green customer service and also to Vaillant engineer ( the last one to visit us) who immediately identify the problem and resolve it.”
