“Customer service team was very friendly. It was very easy and they answered any questions with ease. The price was good and didn’t change from first quote to the end. Delivery was easy and the engineers very helpful and considerate around my house”

“The engineer carried out an exceptional fitting for my new condensation boiler. All plumbing,wiring and outside drainage pipe was completed with minimal mess, which did him credit. My installation was not straightforward and the engineer went the extra mile to complete the job in one day. He was thorough and explained what he was doing throughout the day.I highly recommend Glow Green Ltd who proved that they are a very professional buisness with a professional support team. “My recent boiler service went well, there were no issues to deal with this time and the engineer was friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. He also had a very good memory, as he visited last year and although he thought he had resolved our issue with a radiator, unfortunately it was not the case and subsequently it took a long time for Glowgreen to agree to resolve the issue. All is well now and the engineer checked the boiler and completed all the required paperwork having booked a service several weeks in advance!”

“I found dealing with Glow Green on the telephone that they were polite and efficient. The cost was reasonable Delivery of my new boiler and parts were delivered on a pallet. Had to be left outside, which makes moving it indoors difficult if you are a mature woman on their own.”

“Andrew rang before he was due to arrive for boiler service. Very professional and polite. He gets 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars is the length of time I had to wait between booking a service on 25 oct and the appt date 29 Jan. I think a 3 month wait seemed rather excessive.”

“Price was standout cheap - £350 less than the cheapest of any of the four local companies that quoted and £1000 less than British Gas. I was slightly concerned about the remoteness from their headquarters and they contracted a local installer. He turned out to be seriously skillfully. I was a professional engineer while working and could quickly recognise talent. The 12 year warranty by signing up to their annual service plan was a no-brainer. Similarly, the 12 month 0% payment option.”

“I have had problems that are not totally resolved although I think they are now trying to get to the bottom of what is going wrong. The sales team have always been very pro active but pleasant. Customer Care have always been pleasant and listened to my complaints, but have not always rung me back.”
