“I'm very pleased with Glow Green and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone contemplating a good quality solar installation. From the 1st phone call to completion of the project, Glow Green are a very professional, efficient and friendly company to deal with. My own design of system I originally suggested to Glow Green was in their opinion slightly 'over ambitious' and advised me to omit one or two things they felt I didn't require, hence no danger then of paying for things I didn't require just as so a sales person/team could earn financial commission at my expense, I found this to be an important point and was very reassuring to know. I'd like to also add that all the contractors (scaffolders, roofing team, electricians, + others) appointed by Glow Green to carry out the installation works were all very professional, friendly and completed the istallation to a high quality. (all this being achieved in the middle of a Met office 'Amber' heatwave alert too). So a big thank you to Glow Green and everyone involved.”

“We chose Glowgreen over Octopus and never looked back, the customer focus which was outstanding. We had amazing Gentleman Mr Nicholas Fox he was our go to guy and he guide us through every step, always genuinely happy to help us with any questions or queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything about our experience was great, from the Scaffolding guys to the installers, they all played a part in our Glowgreen experience. “I cannot rate this company highly enough. The service from start to finish has been exceptional. I started my enquiry with Liam, who gave me excellent advice and proposals. There was zero pressure from him regarding the sale. He told me to get more quotes and to come back when ready. I did so, and nobody could provide like for like equipment in a package or even match the quoted price. The service from there on was great. I was given dates for the scaffolding, delivery and installation. Unfortunately, I couldn't accept the original dates. It was re-organised very quickly and in a time frame that was appropriate for me. I was kept informed all the way by Glow Green regarding the progress and delivery dates. The delivery came on the Monday, scaffolding on the Tuesday and installation on the Thursday. Everything was so slick. When it came to the installation, I had Omnia Services. The nicest, friendliest, professional guys I could've asked for. John was the panel installation engineer and Rich was the electrician. During the whole installation, I was kept informed of what was going on, as well as information regarding post installation. They were very clean workers and tidied up after they had finished. The installation of the battery, invertor, installation switches etc is exceptionally neat. I couldn't be happier. The follow up customer care from Glow Green has also been great. I cannot find any fault at all with any of this service. I am based in the North West and Glow Green are in Bournemouth, but this didn't create any hurdles at all. If you are looking for solar installation, you must seriously consider Glow Green.”

“I was please with the quote after looking on line at others. The company kept me informed and were patient while I sorted out my finance as I didn’t want to take up their offer of same for personal reasons. When the installation happened the men were respectful and very efficient. I couldn’t believe how fast they were. Post installation I had a couple of minor issues dealt with swiftly and I am ver happy to recommend this company. All the paperwork etc again efficiently dealt with - my utility supplier was impressed I was able to pass so much over to them so fast.”
