“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for everything. All the best Suzi”

“All lovely promises of quick installation and 0% interest deal for 12 months when ordering. Then sending in 10.9% interest rate application to sign. Had to call to change. Installation was promised the Friday of the same week, as soon as I booked, no availability message and a calendar instead. Booked the following Wednesday on the calendar. Received the Monday after that booking confirmation instead. No availability until then. Will never book anything with them again. Literally will go for anyone else.”

“Wasted a month of my time waiting for an installation to happen and upon cancellation, wasted another month waiting for a response. Now they're asking me to pay a cancellation fee after wasting 2 months of my time. Terrible company, terrible service. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.”

“Terrible, absolutely disaster. When they want to sell you something, they will answer the phone, they will call you back and etc... Once you're a customer and you paid them, God forbid you will have a problem with your boiler ( example) nobody there to help. Fitted boiler by this guys, plus paying monthly to them to care if anything happens. Well my boiler broke down. I called first thing in the morning reporting a problem. Asking to arrange someone to come and fixed it. Nobody contacted me, they issued a waiting ticket. No answer on the phone. Me and my kids have no hot water, house absolutely freezing. Avoid them at all cost!!!”

Another company id contact mentioned the quote was good during a follow-up call. Quick and neat installation and rubbish collection. Refund for one panel which didn't quite fit was prompt. All documents handed over following commissioning and final payment. Very professional service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.”

Engineer contracted was brilliant… really helpful and diligent. The only thing I was disappointed by was that I had to take out their service plan to get warranty extended to 12 years when several other companies were offering a 10 year warranty as standard.”
