“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for everything. All the best Suzi”

“Terrible Company I contracted Glow Green to install a Tesla Powerwall battery, but the entire process has been characterised by missed appointments, poor communication, contradictory information, and a complete lack of professionalism. The installation was originally scheduled for 12 May 2026 and then rescheduled for 14 May 2026. On both occasions, I rearranged my commitments and stayed at home waiting for the installation team. Nobody attended either appointment, and no advance notice, explanation, or apology was provided. When I contacted customer services, nobody could explain why the appointments had been missed. To make matters worse, as of 8 June 2026, the battery still has not been installed. The most alarming part of the experience was being informed by Glow Green that the battery had already been installed when no installation had taken place. Being told that major work has been completed when it clearly has not raises serious concerns about the company's internal records, communication, and project management processes. My confidence in the company was already low, but this is not an isolated issue. I also raised a separate complaint on 11 February 2026, and almost four months later I am still being told that the matter is under investigation with no meaningful resolution. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, the installation process has been badly managed, and the complaints handling process has been painfully slow and ineffective. For a company entrusted with significant home energy projects, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before choosing Glow Green. I have lost confidence in the company's ability to communicate effectively, manage installations properly, and resolve customer complaints in a reasonable timeframe. I cannot recommend Glow Green.”

“Avoid Glow Green. The subcontractor who did the install (13/02/2026) and sacffolders were spot on — no issues. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been an absolute nightmare. As soon as they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own. Endless chasing just to get a reply Promises to call back that never happen Passed between departments who contradict each other No one taking ownership of anything Contractors turning up unannounced with zero communication Glow Green change agreed system components without notification and state this is allowed under their T's&C's, which I agree with, however the changes need the same functionality which is not the situation in my case (even admitted by GG) but without any intention of rectifying but just syaing it is not needed. They have not satified the signed contract and this case can go to small claims court if necessary. It honestly feels like they’re just buying time and hoping you give up. After nearly 10 weeks of chasing, their idea of a resolution was a token £150 and a refusal to properly deal with the rest of the issues. They’re far more interested in defending themselves than helping customers. Would not use again and would not recommend to anyone. I am now having to pursue this through Section 75, MCS complaints, HIES, Green Homes Dispute Resolution and FHIO/FSO, which says everything about how this has been handled.”

“Glowgreen provided a good value quote, less than others and with more panels. No home visit was necessary although I assisted with tweaking the arrangement using house drawings. GG handled the DNO application, it took a few weeks for that to come through. Equipment delivery scaffold install and solar install all happened pretty much to the planned time scales. The local Scottish 3 man installation team were professional and very hard working and completed the install of 30 panels battery etc etc in 2 days having to endure some bad weather, amazing. Neat installation of the roof work and electrical work. Solar now working well, just waiting for final Distributor Network Organisation letter to allow payment for power export to grid. Get a quote you may be surprised.”

“What an excellent service was provided from start to finish with my solar installation from Ben and the team at Glow Green. I was keep well informed throughout the process which was faultless. Everything went quickly and smoothly with the installation team, George, Karl and the sparky (sorry forgot his name) to be a great team with speed of installation and very informative thought the process. Scaffolding was up and down within two weeks from start to finish so hats off to Robbie and his team. I would like to say a big thank you to all that was involved in the process. Glow Green Ltd is highly recommended by me. 😁”

“The engineers who carried out our boiler installation were excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, were polite, professional, and worked incredibly hard throughout the entire job. They were very friendly and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience much more pleasant. We’re extremely impressed with the quality of the installation, everything was completed to a very high standard, left neat and tidy, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Despite a few awkward challenges with the roof, they handled everything professionally and produced a very tidy finish. A real credit to the company, highly recommended.”
