“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for everything. All the best Suzi”

“I was promised an installation 2 days from order. This was constantly put back as they said they hadn't got an installer free. I offered my own (fully qualified) plumber to do the job and he was happy to undertake this providing he was paid in full on completion. Nearly a year later Glow Green phoned me to say they needed to take more photos of the installation as it hadn't been done correctly by my plumber. They came (and to cut a long story short) they spent 2 days replacing various parts of the installation, the Gas board came and put in a cack new pipe and I had to get them back to do it properly, and then I discovered that Glow Green had broken a 3-way valve which they said was old and I'd have to pay to replace. I am still arguing the toss on this but I have a central heating system which is no longer zoned and I can't use because it doesn't do what the boiler controls tell it to do. Endless phone calls, endless emails. I would never use this company again.”

Liam and the rest of the team are very helpful, and everything we needed to know is we'll explained in every detail,we are informed in advance what are the steps to do before completion,the price is very good and product is high quality, delivery is on time,the men's who did the scaffolding,installer and electrician are all brilliant and friendly,they left no rubbish after their job done.highly recommended to everyone”

The air con engineer was brilliant for the install as was the electrician, even though there were some issues connecting to the secondary fuse box in the garage.
