“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for everything. All the best Suzi”

“When the original scaffolding company didn't show on the scheduled date I thought my installation would be delayed. However, after notifying Glow Green, they sourced scaffolding, from a different company, to arrive on the day of installation. The installers turned up first thing, two and a half hours before the scaffolding, and set to work. When the scaffolding did arrive all that was left was to put the panels on the roof and connect them up. Big thanks to the installers and Glow Green for a successful installation on the expected date. Would recommend.”

“Glow Green support group came good. They made sure that Vaillant engineers resolved the issue which from the onset, I knew was a faulty pressure switch and expansion valve. Glow Green followed through the process until the manufacturer resolved the problem. The boiler is now working well. My thanks go to Glow Green customer service and also to Vaillant engineer ( the last one to visit us) who immediately identify the problem and resolve it.”

“I’ve recently had my annual Glow Green boiler service . The engineer messaged the night before to confirm his arrival time and arrived on the dot. He was polite, knowledgeable and completed the service efficiently. The whole job took around half an hour and everything went smoothly. I’d happily recommend. 👍”

“Contacted Glow Green around 1st of January, install booked in for 17th Feb. All great and quick communication. Until I made a non refundable equipment deposit of 35% then email took three times as long to be replied to if they replied to them at all. When I did get though staff where very friendly and helpful. It’s now the 5th March and I am yet to receive my dno notification to connect letter ( the one needed to export) on contacting the DNO directly, they where still waiting on a reply to the g99 fast track application. Couple of phone calls back and forth to find out that Glow Green have not sent the form required to get this. Likely to be a whole month since install to get this. Then a further 4weeks to get an export mpan from my energy provider. If your looking at just getting Solar to offset usage they are cheap, fast to install. If you want to get for export then I’d look elsewhere where. Speedy until they take payment.”
