“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. “24/06/26:- I am very disappointed with Glow Greens Customer service, I have waited in all day today ( appointment was arranged weeks in advance) since 8am, only to be informed at 4pm that no gas service engineer would be visiting, even then, the response was received after I had sent two e mails. Have informed the Glow Green offices in Bournemouth that I am not waiting in all day again, and to please only send me dates with an AM or PM slot available. The actual boiler works fine and the installation went well 2 years ago. “Great Solar Panels installation by Glow Green. I used Glow Green to install solar panels on the roof of my bungalow. From start to finish the whole process went extremely smoothly. This included the first contact which looked at my needs and suggested several options and provided prices. The next step was an online survey document which I completed. Shortly after this the scaffolders set up the scaffolding and the installation was completed. The only snag was the delivery of the pallet of equipment. This was the fault of the transport company and not Glow Green and was quickly resolved. All Glow Green staff and contractors were helpful and efficient and deserve the highest praise. The system works well and is easy to understand.”

“Really impressed with the service from start to finish. I had solar panels and a battery installed, Rory was my point of contact. He was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions, none of the dreaded hard sell at all, and as soon as I decided to go ahead with the quotation he provided, he made sure everything ran smoothly. Payment by instalments was very much appreciated, after care has also been top notch. All contractors from delivery man, scaffolders to installers have been polite, friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“I'm giving 5 stars for a great engineer Sean who came to fix the boiler as sensor had gone. He came with the part he had to find a parking space which was a few streets away. He had a good attitude knew his work, and left everything working well. This came on the back of two previous engineers who weren't prepared and didn't sort the problem out. Well done Sean”

“I was very pleased with the service provided with the install of my Bosch 3200i split air conditioning workers were very professional the response was quick and they left no mess the Bosch unit gave me a surprise i had to buy another gadget £100 + to connect to Alexa and my phone but it is still s great gadget it cools amazing i would recomend”

“I had solar and batteries fitted and I am super happy with the quality of the installation, which is what I paid for, so very happy with that. I would use them again without doubt, but I now know to take with a pinch of salt what the account manager says, I won’t mention him by name so as not to cause any harm, but once I agreed to the price and payed the first instalment, I never heard from him again, despite sending multiple emails.”

“Very good experience all the way from initial request for a quote through to installation. Once the order was placed we were kept updated as to scheduled delivery, scaffolding and installation dates. These were are all on the dates predicted. Installation was amazingly efficient and quick, the engineers providing a very professional service. I’d happily recommend Glow Green!”

“I contacted glow green on 27 February told the man I needed a new Worcester boiler agreed a price and paid £1 thousand five hundred and 39 pence up front was told it would be delivered on 17 march and would be installed the following day it was delivered but later that day I got a message saying that the engineer had let them down and they would keep me informed when they were going to come three weeks later and not a phone call back so I rang them was told that they would call back about another date but they didn’t once again this went on to June me ringing every two weeks eventually got it done on 17 June they just told lie after lie the only good thing about it was it was a very good engineer that installed it a very nice guy I give him 5 stars do not touch this lot with a barge pole”

“Very disappointed with my experience with Glow Green. The sales process was smooth, but once the installation was completed, the after-sales support has been extremely poor. Within the first few months, my system developed faults multiple times. More recently, I discovered dampness, mould, and water marks in my loft around the area where the solar installation cables were routed. I raised these concerns with Glow Green and provided photos and videos showing the issues. An inspection was arranged, but the contractor who attended did not properly inspect the loft space and, in my opinion, did not carry out a thorough assessment before submitting a report. Despite my concerns and evidence, I have spent months trying to get answers and a resolution. I also discovered that one of my solar panel strings is significantly underperforming compared to the other, meaning the system is not generating the level of power I was led to expect when purchasing it. The most frustrating part has been the communication. Responses are slow, follow-up is poor, and I constantly have to chase for updates. As a customer, I expected much better support when reporting issues with a relatively new installation. My advice to anyone considering Glow Green is to look very carefully at the quality of the installation contractors being used and to consider how important after-sales support is if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Glow Green.”
