“Condemned boiler - ordered new one through Joel who was helpful with a promised installation in 3 working days ( ordered Monday) installation Friday - company did not deliver & order cancelled. Appalling service /not kept informed overall one of the most stressful experiences I have ever been through - DO NOT USE ( still no confirmation of my refund )”

“This company do not pay there engineers. They get them to install the boiler then they ‘audit’ the installation. They will make sure to pick up on the slightest thing to hold back money owed to the engineer. Awful something needs to change”

“Without doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Customer service awful, do not reply to calls or emails. Left us without heating and hot water for 12 days after removing working boiler. Not answered any of our complaints! Only good thing was the engineer that completed our installation however he is sub contracted by Glow Green.... Read reviews all good ones are about installer's all bad ones about Glow green customer service.Could say more but don't want to waste any more time on this company. Would not use again...”

“Due to the problems with the installer, I am only able to give you a low score. it cost me 4 days off work to get the problems solved by another installer who was great by the way. I have not been offered any compensation for the missed working days I had off and the previous installer left a trail of destruction to my new boiler, house and the flue. I was left without hot water for 3 weeks and the whole boiler was plumbed in the wrong way round. Sorry, I can't recommend you as the service I received was a disgrace. I have cancelled the service contract as a result of this. I was badly let down.”

“I have always had issues with this company since the boiler was installed in 2019. They completely ignore your request.This company will not call to say their engineer is not coming to service your boiler. I waited all day not once but twice. Very inconvenient and when you call they do not seem to care at all. I pay my monthly instalments without fail.”

“Almost 11 months ago I had a boiler installed by this company. I took out a service contract at £8.99 per month. First it was an unnecessary contract sale (mis selling) given that it was a brand-new boiler. Second, it’s time to book a service, the company is totally unresponsive. Several calls and only thing they tell you is that it’s with scheduling department. MOST WORRYING IS THE FACT THAT BOILER IS NOT REGISTERED WITH VAILLANT. IN OTHER WORDS, Vaillant WILL ONLY GURANTEE THE BOILER OF 12 MONTHS. IN A FEW DAYS TIME I WILL NO LONGER HAVE THE WARRANTY. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. EVEN MORE WORRYING IS THE FACT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED A BUILDINGS REGULATION CERTIFICATE. SURELY THIS MUST BE ILLEGAL. FUTURE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE VERY CAREFULL ABOUT WARRANTY ASPECTS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE CONTARCT IS VERY QUESTIONABLE INDEED. I AM NOT AT ALL SURE WHERE AWARDS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT ONTHEIR WEBSITE. I WENT BY THEIR CLEVER MARKETING AND SLIGHLY LOWER PRICE. BUT I FEEL I HAVE BEEN BURNT.”

“1..brilliant took my money installed my boiler 2..even sent me flowers !!! 3..boiler started to leak couldn't get hold of them had to get another plumber to sort! 4..wrote a complaint about their shocking after care no reply 5.. please I advise you to shop elsewhere If I could turn back the clock I definitely would I'm more amazed at how many poor reviews there are and if I was the owner or ceo of this company I would be embarrassed by the reveiws”

“We were supposed to have our solar installation on Monday this week but they couldn’t finish due to incomplete scaffolding. Scaffolding firm didn’t have a plan of what was needed and after we showed them the plan said they didn’t have enough on the lorry to complete the job! On day of solar installation the guys said they wouldn’t be able to do all of the job due to lack of scaffolding. A few days went by and the scaffolding firm came and completed the job. Then we were told installation would be finished on Thursday or Friday (yesterday or today) and nobody has turned up to do the job! Called them. Woman on phone says job is complete on her system and she will raise a ticket which would take at least 2 days for them to respond! We have no hot water. I was told if I raise a complaint it will take 5 days! I’m not impressed with the customer service so far but you never know, they may redeem themselves by completing the work pronto! For the amount of money the job is costing , I did expect a gold star service!”

“do not have this company fit solar, they will not answer the the phone once they have your money the only people to answer the phone are sales so if you have a problem with your solar you cannot reach anyone to speak to,their customer service is none existent it amazes me how they can run a business the way they do.”

“BE VERY AWARE They will sell you anything just to get your money, then completely ignore you. I asked for a PV system to run my home with additional 6kw of heating, they sold me a system that won't run a 60 watt light bulb. When I challenged the system installed they replied by saying it's winter, the system won't reach full capacity. Now I'm no expert but I don't think I'll need the heating on in the summer when " the system is at its best ". Now they won't answer me and have just said " it's working isn't it ". I'm now left with a £7000 system that don't work how I want and £2500 worth of eco friendly heaters I can't use. So please be aware they will just take your money and run”

“I ordered a new boiler from Glow Green and it was delivered on time and work started on time but the boiler when connected did not work so a new part was delivered within 30 minutes and fitted and the boiler worked but the engineers left the site and for 8 days and counting I as an 84 year old pensioner have had no hot water or heating over that period the thermostat was not completed and a sign on the boiler says do not use this boiler because it has not been commissioned they have promised on several occasions to complete the work but have told lie after lie to avoid returning to get my heating and hot water on, the worst company I have ever encountered and should be drummed out of business. I have been promised they will return on Thursday 23rd Feb just hope it’s not another lie.”

“I am an 84 year old pensioner and Glow Green fitted my new boiler on the 14 February but the installers made a hash of it and burned the control panel out but the manufacturer's had a new part supplied and fitted to get the boiler working but the original fitters could not get away fast enough it’s now 20th February and I still have no hot water or heating and can get no sense from this company to complete the job , the worst service I have ever come across read the Trust Pilot reviews before even thinking about using this fly by nigh t outfit or like me you will be without heating or hot water despite them taking your money.”

“BE AWARE OF THEIR SERVICE. They're just trying to make you buy from them but they don't finish all job and they charge you full amount of the quote. If I could, I would give 0 stars and NEVER RECOMMENDED THEM. They quoteed me to change to a combi boiler and to replace 3 radiators but when the engineer come he wasn't aware that he needed to replace the radiators too so after he instaled the new boiler he left and I have got stuck with the radiators which I have bought it separately. So I have tried to get in touch with the person who quoted me, Jamie for 3 days but he never get back to me after the quotation. Every single time when I called the office, they wasn't able to give me an answer with what's going on but after 3 days I've been charged full amount of the quote but the radiators never installed.”
