Poor communications, constantly being misinformed and misguided. Resulting in a significant loss of time and effort on my part.

The actual boiler is working fine but the bits and pieces that went with it have still to be resolved. We had to wait before an electrician came to fit extra sockets,which was only speeded up because I wrote a bad review. Now we are still waiting for a collar to be fitted because the installer left a gaping hole in the wardrobe and didn’t think it would look better covered up. So it dragged on couldn’t find the part and different people at your customer services department left to try and sort it out. Finally a part was found to hopefully resolve the matter,but then they had to try and find an engineer to visit. Stupidly I thought you had the part and would get it to the engineer before he came. How silly was I to think things would be straight forward. The engineer was suppose to come last Thursday but had some medical issue,I was promised he would come the following day. He phoned me during the day and said he would come late afternoon around 6pm. When he finally said he was coming I asked him if he had the part,which he said no, I think he was going to use whatever he had in his van . He asked if i could send a photo of the hole,which I did. He said he wouldn’t have left the hole like that if he had installed the boiler. He said he had nothing in the van but would check with Screwfix if the part was available. It is now after 7pm,he said they had the part so would go and buy it. When he gets to Screwfix they can’t find the part,so the engineer says he obviously can’t come.!!! So come today I’m not in a good mood having wasted hours of my life trying to get a simple matter resolved. So I phone customer services at about 9am this morning knowing no one would phone me.As usual put through to someone else in the installation team and he can’t seem to understand why I’m annoyed. Probably hasn’t reached an age yet where he’s had to deal with relentless call centres and customer services. He said he would look into the matter. Obviously it’s now 17 20 and no one has bothered to phone back out of courtesy,whatever that is now a day’s,to give me an update. Anyone’s guess when the matter will be resolved,will probably go down the bookies to see what odds I can get. Someone pull their finger out please

Unfortunately I have not had a very good experience with glow green from the start. Everything we heard about the company and reviews was brilliant however that hasn’t been the case for us. After receiving the installation date for the boiler it got changed 3 times and 2 fitters didn’t even turn up to fit the boiler. 5 weeks on after having the boiler fitted we are still having issues. 3 electricians have been out to look at the boiler 1 guy has told us it’s wired up wrong and 4 different dates given to fix the issue and again yesterday no one turned up this is the 4th missed appointment. This has not been resolved still and we have a toddler at home. Go with a local fitter if you can

Started job order in April boiler fitted in June and work still not completed in august Wrong rad supplied. Therefore job still not finished. Boiler only just fitted in cupboard. A lot bigger than old one.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Solar didn't work & not completed frequently tripped electrics. Company ignored all attempted communication regarding this (cost £15k to do). Eventual discussions a year later, uncountable number of hours of calls/emails, significant stress/illness caused due to this & their failure to even communicate to resolve the issue. Eventually admitted fault & offered 2%compensation for a year of stress, hassle, £3000+ financial loss (plus solar installation themselves). No customer service. This company doesn't care. Mistakes/technical issues can occur understandably but refusal to acknowledge/respond/resolve is completely unacceptable & unprofessional. We dont want anyone to suffer the incompetence of this company like we have. Ps - the questions I have to answer to posy this review are a joke really How did we contact company - email, phone, letter Time taken to receive reply - over a year (unfortunately longest option is is more than 1 week)

lack of communication and when you did decide to reply you say we've got to pay for pipe work ourself which I don't agree with has the boiler is only 3 yes old which I think you should have noticed the pressure wasn't right when installed not a happy pensioner. ..

Avoid Glow Green in Bournemouth. They have an office in Bournemouth but offer their services Nationwide. They use Sub Contractors that they know nothing about and some of these fitters know nothing about Solar Panels etc. I used Glow Green because they promised that they could complete my Solar Panel fitting within a 2 month timescale. Plus they are covered by an independent body called HIES. They let me down, time after time. Telling one lie after another. Promising timescales that they could not keep. Our experience was a weekly torture which lasted a whole year when it should have only taken 2 days to fit. They are not the cheapest but they came across as the most competent... That was a very costly assumption of mine. It cost me over £2,000 on top of their already high estimate. Don't trust them and definitely don't let any of your friends and family go anywhere near them.

Condemned boiler - ordered new one through Joel who was helpful with a promised installation in 3 working days ( ordered Monday) installation Friday - company did not deliver & order cancelled. Appalling service /not kept informed overall one of the most stressful experiences I have ever been through - DO NOT USE ( still no confirmation of my refund )

This company do not pay there engineers. They get them to install the boiler then they ‘audit’ the installation. They will make sure to pick up on the slightest thing to hold back money owed to the engineer. Awful something needs to change

Without doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Customer service awful, do not reply to calls or emails. Left us without heating and hot water for 12 days after removing working boiler. Not answered any of our complaints! Only good thing was the engineer that completed our installation however he is sub contracted by Glow Green.... Read reviews all good ones are about installer's all bad ones about Glow green customer service.Could say more but don't want to waste any more time on this company. Would not use again...

Due to the problems with the installer, I am only able to give you a low score. it cost me 4 days off work to get the problems solved by another installer who was great by the way. I have not been offered any compensation for the missed working days I had off and the previous installer left a trail of destruction to my new boiler, house and the flue. I was left without hot water for 3 weeks and the whole boiler was plumbed in the wrong way round. Sorry, I can't recommend you as the service I received was a disgrace. I have cancelled the service contract as a result of this. I was badly let down.

I have always had issues with this company since the boiler was installed in 2019. They completely ignore your request.This company will not call to say their engineer is not coming to service your boiler. I waited all day not once but twice. Very inconvenient and when you call they do not seem to care at all. I pay my monthly instalments without fail.

Almost 11 months ago I had a boiler installed by this company. I took out a service contract at £8.99 per month. First it was an unnecessary contract sale (mis selling) given that it was a brand-new boiler. Second, it’s time to book a service, the company is totally unresponsive. Several calls and only thing they tell you is that it’s with scheduling department. MOST WORRYING IS THE FACT THAT BOILER IS NOT REGISTERED WITH VAILLANT. IN OTHER WORDS, Vaillant WILL ONLY GURANTEE THE BOILER OF 12 MONTHS. IN A FEW DAYS TIME I WILL NO LONGER HAVE THE WARRANTY. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. EVEN MORE WORRYING IS THE FACT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED A BUILDINGS REGULATION CERTIFICATE. SURELY THIS MUST BE ILLEGAL. FUTURE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE VERY CAREFULL ABOUT WARRANTY ASPECTS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE CONTARCT IS VERY QUESTIONABLE INDEED. I AM NOT AT ALL SURE WHERE AWARDS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT ONTHEIR WEBSITE. I WENT BY THEIR CLEVER MARKETING AND SLIGHLY LOWER PRICE. BUT I FEEL I HAVE BEEN BURNT.

1..brilliant took my money installed my boiler 2..even sent me flowers !!! 3..boiler started to leak couldn't get hold of them had to get another plumber to sort! 4..wrote a complaint about their shocking after care no reply 5.. please I advise you to shop elsewhere If I could turn back the clock I definitely would I'm more amazed at how many poor reviews there are and if I was the owner or ceo of this company I would be embarrassed by the reveiws
