Replaced my boiler in October. 3 days after installing it it failed to switch on It's not working properly and on 3 occasions now not switched on and has had a fault code present. They sent someone out to look at in, inconclusive. Reported it again over 2 weeks ago still waiting for someone to come and look at it. I would not recommend using this company.

This company is very difficult to work with. Installed my boiler back in 2019. The boiler was delivered and dumped in someone's parking space on rain and the driver refused to remove it. The following day after numerous phone calls someone came and moved it to my flat. The engineers who were supposed to come and fit it cancelled several appointments. Very difficult to get in touch with them even on emergencies and when you do they lie and are rude. They have cancelled 3 service appointments for me this year and as I write this I'm waiting for someone to come who was meant to be here between 1-2 pm. I'm a nurse and have to work nights or swap shifts to accommodate this appointment's and they do it year after year. The only option will be to look for a more customer oriented company. This is really heartbreaking considering that I per monthly to cover my boiler and by the look of it, it won't be serviced this year and would have lost that money. Really desperate 😢

Customer service is non existence. If you have a problem or query after solar installation, once they have received their money they just don't care. The stress this company has and still is causing is unforgivable, shouldn't be allowed. Finally had no option but to put a complaint in writing and they aren't even following their own complaints procedure. Company is absolutely shocking.....avoid. There are so many more reliable ones out there, that don't contract out the work!

Carried out work for this company.They do not pay installers properly or on time.They have been reported to gas safe for their dealings.They have a solicitors letter in the post and will pay costs incurred for me recouping my fee.I have reported them to the ombudsman and they will be contacted in the next few days. The office staff are terrible at handling things and the engineer portal is a joke to fill in. They do not pre survey properly because its an online firm so they use pictures.There were many issues with the property electrics which i paid an electrician to sort out with my own money to stop the job failing in the day ,so they didnt look bad.I have not been paid for this or the boiler installation. They are crooks,any installers should steer clear of this company,and any customers should research local companies in their area rather than use these Bournemouth based online hawks. The on boarding manager has left the company so no point of contact,repeatedly asked to deal with a manager but the incompetence is breathtaking . I have worked many years in the industry,this company should be avoided they are the worst i have come across. Companies that dont pay staff end up with only staff that dont care about customers in my experience.Also they remove negative reviews and try hide their atrocious customer service. Avoid these types of companies!!

Please please never use this company. For five years, I have been with this company and not once have they provided us with their services. Me and my wife have called them, asking for their services and they always fail to show up and get back to us as well as refusing to give a refund. There are better companies out there.

I am taking Glow Green Ltd to small claims court, i recommend anyone else who feels they have a case to do the same, its a pretty simple process. They lied on the initial phone conversation saying that we would produce 10KW per day during the Winter months, I even have written evidence to support this. Now we have the system we know this to be a false statement in order to get a sale, so Mis Selling is what they do. I can only imagine that most of their 5 star ratings are false. I would avoid this company at all costs, they have no clue what they are doing and most certainly you will live to regret ever using them.

Avoid this company. We were told by Tom Pringle pay 50%up front and you will get a replacement boiler Thursday 30th mat however my wife had a hospital appointment so this was changed to Friday 31st May. We chased after Glow Green asked for conformation that new boiler was definitely going in on 31st May BUT our mistake was trusting them and paying 50%up front. We spoke once again to Tom Pringle who would get back to us within the hour. Of course he didn't so we rang and cancelled also via email. On the Friday 31st May they tried to take the balance from our account! Our bank rang and we said no do not pay them. So now its 17th June we are STILL waiting for our money back. We have asked for a refund but the company has gone deaf. Do not give this company your money they say on trustpilot they are looking into it but its delaying tactics. We went with Prime time boilers and they were fantastic I will write a review for them. But please AVOID GLOW GREEN they are con artists GLOW GREEN REFUND NOW PLEASE

Really surprised as how they have good reviews. I have been trying to get a boiler replaced. They promised a date and when it came to paying the 50% deposit they said the date I wanted is not workable anymore and it would be delayed by 4 days to Monday. Not a problem, I paid and was told that date was secured. Following date I chased up with a phone call to check what time they will arrive on Monday, only to be told that date hasn't been booked. Spent all of friday trying to get hold of the accounts manager (emailed him at 8.30am, then followed up with calls) with no lucky and was told on last phone call he had left work at 4pm. Emailed on Saturday again with no reply... Called today (Monday, the day they are meant to attend) obviously they are not coming, I was told I'll get a phone call in 10mins from the person dealing with the installation.... it has been 2hours and still nothing... Really appalling service.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Took 3 weeks to book my boiler service. I took a day off work for the appointment and no one turned up, had no calls from the engineer or the company to explain why. Had no joy with trying to call them, so sent them an email about two weeks ago and still awaiting a reply. Please avoid Glow Green as you will regret doing business with them.

Lack of communication from start to Finish. Fast to grab your money for a poor service. Installation not done properly and they find every excuse to make the customer repair and fix their mistakes. P.M.

If there's a problem after install, they won't sort it out. Radiator was leaking after install, reported it, nothing happened for 2 and a half weeks because no one wanted to come to north Wales. Lamimate floor swollen with water damage and they said that they're 90% sure the leak wasn't anything to do with them. As long as they're paid on the day they don't care.

AVOID !!!! The company unexpectedly demanded an additional £250 beyond the agreed initial price just before commencing the installation of the new boiler, despite our prior agreement and provision of detailed images of the existing pipe system. Following the installation, we encountered immediate issues with water pressure, and our kitchen remained without heating for a month due to a faulty valve installation. Throughout this ordeal, the company's engineers repeatedly postponed scheduled visits to rectify the issues, resulting in financial loss for me due to missed workdays set aside for their repairs. It took an entire month for them to address the boiler and heating problems, during which time all interactions with their staff were marked by rudeness and indifference. The stress inflicted upon both myself and my husband by this experience is beyond description.

Avoid this Company like the plague! They have provided terrible support and service to me over the past two years and I think their practices is suspect to say the least. They are not who they appear to be. Caveat Emptor. They provided and installed a replacement boiler in June 2021. In November 2023 I reported a fault to Glow Green - the boiler kept cutting out. Following a long exchange of e-mails and a visit from a Worcester Bosch Engineer on 16th December 2023 it was determined by him that the boiler had been installed with the water flow and return connected the wrong way round i.e. incorrectly, causing the flow and return sensors to work incorrectly and hence the cutting out. Glow Green had also supplied and installed a Magna Gas Flow filter but because of the installation error it is connected to the wrong flow pipe. To date this fault has not been corrected despite numerous e-mails, phon calls. Glow Green did not believe the Worcester Bosch report so subsequently agreed to send their own engineer to verify the fault which they did on 12th January 2024. I have repeatedly written to them by e-mail requesting their action to correct this fault but I have received no acknowledgement or offer of help. On 17th February I wrote to their Director Mr. C. Wigoder and asked him to intercede on my behalf but have not received an acknowledgement or any offer from Glow Green to rectify this error. I have now had to refer the issue to the industry ombudsman who is pursuing my case on my behalf. When I phoned Worcester Bosch to request details of their warranty they confirmed that Glow Green is not an accredited Worcester Bosch installer, shocking when you consider the wording on the website: "Expertly trained staff Nobody knows a Worcester Bosch boiler like an accredited installer does – our staff have gone through all the relevant Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS approval. What’s more, they have experience of installing and servicing hundreds of Worcester Bosch boilers under their belts so you get efficient service. The safety of our customers is paramount." However, I now question whether they have any direct employees as they appear to use sub-contract gas installers who apply by mobile app and are constantly canvassing for sub-contractors to join their "network of installers" through a mobile phone portal. "Register to Join - Visit our Network Engineer Portal (NEP) website - works on mobile and computer with no apps required! Complete the simple registration form and upload any required documents. Our team will then review your application. " Contact Worcester Bosch directly, benefit from a professional company with full warranty offered. I doubt that this company will be in business in five years so any warranty promises or offers made are meaningless. Based on my own experience with this company I would recommend that you DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Very poor service. I have raised a number of issues regarding my heating and 4 weeks on I have not received any response or resolution. I also state please speak to your engineer when he's finished installation as that's the last time you will see him .it seems that the company is only interested in payments as soon as payments have been made. They will not respond to your concerns or issues Avoid à I definitely would not recommend them .worst company iv had the bad luck to deal with.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We had a boiler installed which straight away had poor performance, complained to Glow Green and while that complaint was being 'dealt with' more serious faults became apparent including the installation which led to the BOILER BREAKING DOWN and after finally having a visit from Vailant, the WARRANTY WAS VOIDED by their technician. This is after a winter weekend with no hot water or heating, to be fair the Glow Green tech did come out to look on Friday night but just drove off and we never heard from him again. Goes without saying Glow Green stalemated the first complaint, they then cancelled the 2nd complaint without notifying me which I then complained again and I never heard from them again. Their complaints people waste your time, leave long waits in getting back to you, leave you on hold for ages and run you in circles and then leave you hanging while all the time with a defective installation. There are other issues with the installation including Glow Green using the old broken filler loop tap, not lagging the pipes in a cold zone install PLUS it LEAKS! - who wants to keep a bucket under their new boiler? When I tell plumbers that I had Glow Green install my boiler they laugh. This All started in November 2021

I had a new boiler fitted on the 17th January 24 ( 4 weeks) it keeps going off keep ringing customer service they are full of apologies and excuses abysmal after service would never recommend them

Poor service. Received incorrect 'after product service'. No one responded to my email. Upon calling Glow Green to query. It seemed responsibility was passed around. On two separate occasions no one called me back despite being promised. They even closed the ticket without resolving it or communicating to me.
