We have been waiting for the installation since black Friday and without heating for the last 3 weeks with snow outside.
Customer service process is so poor that we cannot speak to the supervisor/manager after calling everyday from 8 AM in the morning and there is no escalation process.
Sales team will mention installation will be next week and when they are sending the quote, they will send you next minute and ask you to sign it. But when you call them and ask for a service/installation date, they will give you weeks after.
If commitments would have been correct, we would have gone with other boiler provider and hopefully would have installed by now.
Now we are without boiler till January. I wish there is an option to give less than 1 star.
