Engineer was great, but didn't appreciate I had to pay £89.98 to be told it was a child lock on it. Especially as he googled it the night before he came

We finally got our fridge freezer working again but after waiting 4 weeks for this to be done. They changed one component first then it wasn’t that. We then had a refund for that part. They then said it was another part which then took another week to be ordered but couldn’t come to us till the following week to fit it.when they eventually came out to fit this part the freezer was to frozen for it to be fitted ( they should of said to turn of fridge freezer 48 hours before fitting the part) so after all that we had to wait another week for them to come back out to fit the new part. Overall we weren’t happy with the experience but glad that it’s all fixed now.

Booked a repair for a Thursday morning, this was changed by them via email to Thursday afternoon which i couldn't do. Had to ring and change for Monday and i explained issue to lady i spoke to. Engineer arrived an hour late but was very polite and professional. He said straightaway that it couldn't be fixed and i should have been told that when i booked (type of machine meant bearings couldn't be replaced). Still had to pay £64.95+vat for 3 minute visit. I think a bit more internal communication would have saved me money and time. Also why book online if they are just going to change it? Will probably use more local repair next time

Zanussi fridge freezer needing new compressor vey expensive but told I would have to sign a disclaimer as Glotech did not agree that re-gassing needed and therefore do not recommend it, hence the disclaimer. Crazy or what… so I did not progress the repair, cheaper and safer to by new. Is Zanussi aware of your opinion Regards Stephen Bush

The chap was here for 10 minutes. Told me the freezer needed regassing. Could have been done remotely really. To be fair he did say there was now only a 50-50 chance of it working which was good advice. But good prompt service when booking up, very easy. Phone line queue on the day was excellent in that it told you what number in the Q you were but it just took too long

The repairs to my appliance were worse than we thought so we thought the appliance was 21 years old so it would be better to purchase a new one. Many thanks to your engineer he was very polite with good customer service we are happy to recommend your company. Jackie Holloway

The engineer was polite and arrived on time. There was not much repair to the washing machine apart from resetting the child lock, and for that, I paid £77.94 instead of the £64,00 that I was quoted. I was really shocked at that and thought it was a rip off.

Happy with how quickly they can come out and repair man was great. Only difficulty I had was being put through to 5 departments when I was trying to make the payment .

I booked Glotech as the website said no fix no fee , however when they wanted paying before the engineer arrived , I queried that and he said no it’s only for premium members . Was told I needed a new compressor for my FF and new one @£300+ no guarantee it would work properly afterwards . At least the engineer was quite honest and told me a repair was a gamble . So £79 spent for a diagnosis not repair . Maybe not use for FF unless it’s an industrial one worth ££££’s

When the part was available technician fitted it in 30 minutes. Was a pity that he had to call twice for such a simple job. Supply of parts to the technicians needs reviewing. Overall pleased but expensive and inefficient use of your resource.

Hi. 3 stars for Glotech in this instance as there has been some to-ing and fro-ing about availability of parts for dishwasher repair, however 5 stars for Vladimir who arrived today and despite having some some challenges to reach the part requiring repair, left us will a fully functioning dishwasher. Very grateful.

They don’t answer the phone!! We had a very nice engineer call to fix our washing machine on Thursday, literally 2 minutes after he left , the washing machine started leaking again, I called the office straightaway, no answer, message left, no call back. Really disappointed with this lack of care

Engineer arrived an hour and a half after our alloted time slot, could not find anything wrong with our oven (doesn't seem to be getting up to temperature) other than suggesting cleaning the glass so the heat can reflect back, which has made little difference, but at least I know the elements are still working.

The engineer was polite and honest about costings. The communication was a little poor as at 4.45 I had not had an update call and rang to see if anybody would be coming at all.

Quick and easy to book a repair appointment unfortunately Glotech had to change it and having missed their call I rang back waiting 25mins to get through Engineer very helpful and efficient the cost of repair age of our fridge and likely success meant we decided to buy new. I was told the company would be in touch but that didn’t happen I then rang sales who couldn’t help? but kindly put me through to service and waited 12th in line for another 20mins to be told they can’t help I’ll get an email. That never arrived so having chased them via Twitter they sprung into action New fridge delivered and fitted first thing Christmas Eve. Excellent service apart from the call centre and call handlers

Engineer came and spares to dishwasher would have cost £350+ so I felt it was not worth it. The charge for the call out was just short of £90 - £89.94. I asked would there be something off if I got a replacement dishwasher from you and I explained I did not want to spend a lot on a replacement dishwasher. I got an email from you outlining a replacement which was too expensive and the issue of installation and recycling my existing dishwasher was not addressed. I asked about this by email and got an indistinct voice message which I could not understand. I would have liked for a £50 voucher or some upfront understanding of the benefit of get a replacement dishwasher from you.

Was professionally dealt with and engineers on time and polite . Disappointed that fridge freezer could not be repaired as had wrong gas due to being over 10 yes old. If this had been a question- I would have saved the wasted £100. A
