I do not recommend the glotech services . They came to fix my fridge charge 105 pound and they said it going to cost 250 and they don’t give any warranty that they will fix it and that they do not recommend fixing it. After 5 min the engineer left with my 105 pound. Ridiculous

Thank you for your feedback, The cost of the labour charge for attending and diagnosing and if possible effecting a repair is clearly given when the booking is confirmed and explained that it is none refundable. This one off labour cost covers the team in the office making the booking with you, the qualified engineer attending in a stocked van with fuel these cost do need to be covered, however this is a one time charge. If the engineer had needed to order a part (it is impossible to carry every possible part for every appliance in the van unfortunately) you would only have paid for the part as an extra cost, his reattending and time to carry out the repair is included in that charge. . you had a qualified and experienced engineer attend your appliance and there was a system fault the cost of the parts to repair was supplied to you at this point you did not wish to proceed however , the engineer spent time talking with you and discussed that we were able to quote replacement options if you wanted us to. He took all of the sizes whilst he was with you and requested on your approval a quote for an American style 4 door with out a water tank. 50% of the labour cost is taken from the delivery and install of a new appliance this is a gesture of good will to the customer, if a customer wishes to proceed with the purchase, We arranged quotes and tried to contact you on four occasions to see if you wished to proceed on the 5th time we did manage to speak with you however you had found an alternative appliance and did not want to proceed. Teplied promptly to booking request. Engineer was friendly, competent and soin diagnosed the oroblem with a cooker hood not extracting correctly. Excellent service which was much appreciated at a reasonable price.

Super helpful team. Rapid response with an engineer offered next day, although I chose to postpone a couple of days. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. Work done to a high standard and happy with the overall cost too. Will consider using them again in the future for other branded kitchen utility goods, not just CDA.

It transpired that our unit had been switched off at the mains plug on the wall. We should have checked this but I would certainly think the engineer would look to see if there was an issue at the mains too and would have seen this was the issue. It was only when someone else came into try and assist that this was noticed.

iused glotech to repair dish washer two months later after the initial diagnosis i am still waiting for a repair although they took payment before repair they have not carried out.they have effectively stole my money. regards disatisfied customer

Unbelievably , superb customer service. What a professional company In despair , as my washer had broken down , I started the trawl through the internet for companies to approach . Within 5 minutes , on a SUNDAY evening , just prior to Christmas , I had made an appointment for an engineer to visit ( chose the day ) AND received confirmation ,with prices inc. VAT . It all happened as planned ! Unfortunately , as my machine is obsolete , a repair was not possible , but within minutes of the very competent and helpful engineer leaving I had received a detailed estimate of a replacement , with full costs of delivery, fitting and removal of the broken machine and DATES! The prices are very competitive and a wide range of appliances can be made available . They are readily available by phone as well as email; a refreshing change !

Neff oven blew on Tuesday 27th December and we panicked. Phoned Gloteck on Wednesday and had it repaired by Thursday 29th December. Ben a great engineer came and fixed it arrived on time and did a great job. Very lucky as it was the holiday period so was worried about getting an appointment. Reasonable price, will certainly use Glotech again.

Hi, I have booked a dishwasher repair on October 24th. My case was assigned to the Glotech Repairs South London branch. Since then, I received 6 visits from 2 technicians. The first technician made a diagnostic that turned out to be incorrect. The second visit he realised he ordered the wrong spare part. The third time he removed the wrong valve so he couldn't repair the dishwasher After calling a minimum of 6 times to the call centre and spoken with Ben and several representatives, they sent another technician. I was expecting Ben to come to my house in person as this became a real problem and you admitted you didn't manage things properly and you weren't providing a good service. At this point I am not concerned about the 'customer satisfaction' but I want my dishwasher up and running. Today (6th visit), the technician seems to have burnt out the dishwasher (it smells, and it generated a short circuit that cut off the light). As you can tell, this is unacceptable! I called the call centre but due to short staff, there was nobody there to pick my call. Hi, I have booked a dishwasher repair on October 24th. I had 2 more visits....to sum up, they burnt the main board (1st technician broke the valves, 2nd technician burnt the main board) 4 weeks ago, Ben from Glotech said that he will give me a used dishwasher and take mine's to repair it...in the meantime, he will buy a new main board .Of course, nothing has happened. Last Thursday they removed the main board to be repaired I do not where and I do not not when. Still waiting..

Good morning I understand the reason you have raised this review and although this is not our branch and we have no access to the Diary booking or details for South London - I have asked our Customer service manager to raise this urgently with them however this page is not for the South London Branch they will not see your review. In the meantime whilst we try and assist with urgently contacting South London to aim at resolving this I must confirm we have no access and no details to your repair notes.

Had an engineer booked for over a week on day of repair got a phone call an hour before the end of my slot to say he wouldnt be coming and the next slot would be another week! Disgusting Service!

Good afternoon Our engineer who was due to attend had punctured tyre when on route to his morning appointment and due to the pressure for the roadside assistance he was still waiting in the pouring rain after 2 hours stood outside of the vehicle as per safety rules, we had to make the decision to inform everyone we would have to cancel. Because he was a Male and daytime he was a low priority to the rescue services, unfortunately this meant that all off his calls for today had to be cancelled this is very difficult for our customers and we apologise for the inconvenience however this was beyond anyone's control. We do understand the extra pressure during the festive period which makes for short weeks to reschedule appointments. We understand that this was disappointing and really do hope that your washing machine is repaired as quickly as possible - thank you
