“Booked on the website for Monday, which was confirmed by you and as a landlord with multiple properties to manage seemed very convenient. Then received a call from another company saying they were doing the repair and couldn't come until Wednesday as they ONLY cover this area on Wednesdays. I called you and you basically just shrugged your shoulders and said they are the only ones that can do it. The other company mentioned they are regularly left to have to explain this to customers. This had the possibility of being a great service, however I will never use it again.”

“Rang Glotech repairs because my fridge /freezer was leaking. The engineer came the next day, he was knowledgeable, polite and very patient with me explaining what was wrong and how to fix it . He did manage to fix it . I would definitely recommend Glotech to my friends especially the engineer who fixed my appliance.”

“Would not use again. Although the engineer was pleasant, the booking system is dreadful and customer service staff are on another planet. They claim to be with you within 24 hours but they only say that to get your money up front. My visit was cancelled without notifying me after I'd booked time off to be at home... I only found out because I phoned up to see where the engineer was. Nobody cared until I pushed to speak to a manager then demanded somebody come out or I'd claim my loss of earnings from them! Engineer turned up but didn't fix anything. Said it had been plumbed in wrong then proceeded to tell me how he fits dishwashers. Told me I needed a plumber but surely if he plumbs dishwashers in as part of his job, he could've done ours!!! 🤷‍♀️”

Good Morning, The Appliance engineer attended and found the float trip was activated in the Dishwasher the engineer was able to identify that the issue is a plumbing is ( he is not a plumber) he even tested the appliance using a bucket to ensure that the appliance is not faulty We could not attend straight away as you are a tenant and the Landlord who was paying had to approve first. The engineers notes "Fault due to float trip activated in dishwasher. Removed and found stand pipe is incorrect behind dishwasher. Should be a tall pipe or with a spigot but not short open pipe Took, photo of what it needs Advised Tennent of this but could we email land lord to advise. Of what issue is. Tested machine using bucket and all ok" We have done everything an appliance engineer can - the plumbing ( we are not insured to make alterations to) in your kitchen area is not for us to deal with and your Landlord should resolve this for you. In the circumstances we would kindly ask that you remove this review - thank you

“Glotech were brilliant! They were able to organise an engineer visit within 2 working days. The engineer was able to repair the oven without replacing any parts - very practical. Far better than the manufacturer's repair service.”

“Didn't turn up on the day I requested when I called to see where they were they had changed the day saying they had called me to confirm a different day the only phone call I had was to confirm the day I had originally booked.”
