My Neff hob was temperamental sadly the engineer said the replacement board was a special order and if ordered was unreturnable. So I have had to order a whole new unit. Fingers crossed.

Although our washing machine was unrepairable, the engineer came in and told us exactly what was wrong with the machine even though we have had LG repairers come out on numerous occasion telling us there’s nothing wrong with it even though it was leaking. So we decided to call out an independent engineer who identified the problem immediately. In future with my new washer if I need a repair, I will come directly to yourselves.. Thank you

On time, pleasant helpful engineer. He told us what we suspected that our elderly Miele was broken beyond economical repair! Would definitely use Glotech again ( hopefully not too soon!) and not hesitate to recommend to others.

Five minutes to confirm fault but quoted cost of component made repair not worthwhile. Cost of call out more than I expected as not told the quoted cost did not include VAT. Feel hard done by.

Recently had a problem with our 10 year old Bosch washing machine door , which had broken and needed prizing open initially, then replacing. Leo, our engineer, first visited to free the door and then returned a week later to fix the new part , which had been understandably difficult to source in the current climate and given the age of the machine. Throughout the process he was friendly, very competent and kept us appraised of the situation. Highly recommended and we consider his customer service excellent. Thanks again Leo , superb service.

Booked a dish washer repair on line for Tuesday 22. Waited in all day rang them at 2.30 and they told me no one is coming there had been a problem with computer. Full days wage lost sat waiting for them. Pathetic

There was a problem with the Bosch Oven. Everything was handled professionally and promptly with great communication. I would definitely go back to Glotech.

My 7 year old Bosch dishwasher had developed a fault. Andrew showed up early and stayed until it was diagnosed and fixed. Exemplary service.

Engineer was lovely - however the phone line and the operation of the phone was tragic. Its worse that sitting in the queue for the doctors. 9th in line?!!? Definitely need some more phone operators. Line kept cutting out (lady admitted phone line was bad) I called back. 6th in line! Lady said that she would call back at 4:30pm to check if appointment could be changed. Never got a call back. If it was me, I wouldn't use the service again. Landlord booked with you.

The engineer who came to look at my Bosch washing machine soon diagnosed the problem as a broken pump. As the machine was very old, I decided to opt for a new appliance rather than a repair. I used Glotechs services to do this and they sourced a new Bosch machine which was delivered and installed by a very efficient team. I am very pleased with my new machine and would definitely use Glotech again.

I was kept informed when to expect the engineer, & he rang 10mins before arrival. He was here about 15 mins but couldn't find anything wrong so we still don't understand why the machine didn't pump out properly. I do think £81 was a little excessive.

Thank you for the review, We are so pleased the customer service was great and as we expect from our team. The cost does cover the full labour and warranty for the repair for six months. We do hope that the fault does not return however if it does, we will reattend at no cost only if a part is required would you need to be charged for that part. wishing you well Thank you
