“V easy to use and great to be able to pick a time slot online. However, I would have liked / expected better communication from your local agent. I had to call them to see if they were on their way and they arrived late. Obviously jobs can run on and the time slots are guides only but picking up the phone and letting me know would have been nice so I could plan accordingly. When they arrived they were polite efficient.”

“Arrived promptly, very friendly and professional indeed... found the problem within minutes. No attempt to upsell parts or spin extra services etc, just fixed it ensuring no mess was made at all and tested it before leaving. What more could you ask!”

“Problem identified and resolved in very little time Technician was very polite, friendly and professional No parts were required so just the call-out fee. Advice was also given as to how to look after my dishwasher to avoid potential failure Highly recommend these guys”

“Technician was available a couple of days after appointment was made. He was not English and it was difficult to communicate with him and not possible to have a conversation about the fault. He was polite and seemed to know what he was doing and showed me a broken heating element which he fixed. So far the repair seems to have worked.”

“Great service, arrived on time. After a moment of head scratching as to what was the problem with our oven, our engineer found the fault and quickly repaired it and also gave advice for cleaning and the up keep of our oven.”
