“I was not satisfied with the service I received. We sent the make, model and serial number of the appliance with the original query and booking and when the person turned up they didn’t take long to say that all parts were discontinued. This I’m sure was looked at before the visit and therefore the visit was pointless. I paid an additional fee for the fridge being built-in, however, the repair man didn’t even pull the fridge out, all he did was open the door, feel the back of the fridge and confirm that it was in fact warm and broken! How did I have to pay extra compared to a free-standing appliance for that? I had to pay £80 for the person to open the door of the fridge, look for obsolete parts on the laptop and write a receipt for no more than 5 minutes work.”
