“The plumbers (Appliance Repair Specialist) misdiagnosed the dishwasher fault, put in 2 new parts which didn't solve problem, didn't show up on 3 occasions, impossible to contact the office (they did not return calls either) and plumber has stopped picking up my calls or calling back despite saying he would try another repair. We are currently waiting to see if they will reimburse the cost of unnecessary parts (£111).”

“Work was subcontracted to oven concepts who cancelled the day before they were supposed to come. Rebooked for the following week and the surly/ aggressive engineer broke an additional part which he did not take responsibility for. This left us without the oven for another week and cost us an additional amount. The final appointment was booked for a Saturday between 8-1pm and the engineer did not turn up until 2pm. No call to let us know until 1pm. Despite writing and speaking to someone on the phone I have not received any apology. Don't be misled into thinking this is a local company.”

“Engineer came start of Nov, had a quick look at dishwasher and said it needed new pump. Came back and fitted new one, said it needed a few days to settle. Still not working so arranged another appointment, they came this week, did a more thorough check, now saying it needs new power board, still waiting to hear, so nearly a month gone by without situation being resolved”

“Engineer arrived on time, was polite and courteous and fixed my dishwasher quickly. Good to their promise of a fixed fee for labour; they had to order the part and there was no labour charge for the return visit. I would definitely use them again.”

“The repair man arrived promptly, identified the problem very quickly and fixed it in no time. He also explained how to avoid the problem in future. All in all, it took him no more than 20 minutes to sort the whole thing out. Very pleased with the service.”

“I was confuse when I received an email from Repair4U, but I received an email from you the day after. The washing machine was not fix. The engineer spend long time on the mb. The engenieer left water on the floor. so I have to ash to clear and I provided a towel. The engineer said that we have to replace the a part "Module" I received a phone call two day after regardi the replaxcement of the module. The part cost was about £450 so I said that was far too expensive for a 7 years old washing machine. I have ask a written quote by email to discuss with my wife but I haven't received yet. Today I have send and emeil about the part price.”

“Had my cooker checked and they seem to find the problem and so was happy to know that it would be fixed. The engineer came back and week later but only to find out that he had the wrong part for my cooker. And the price for the part was more that I saw online from the same cooker manufactory”
