Very pleased to have my electric oven working again. Initial call was handled by a knowledgeable person who identified the problem, ordered replacement part and booked an engineer visit without delay. Impressed with the service from start to finish. Engineer arrived to time, was courteous, respectful and used care within our home. Definitely the company to use again if needed. Thank you.

Needed to know office closes Friday 5 pm to Monday . Request for Monday appointment arrived to late so expected visit on Monday am8-1pm as requested. No automated response to say my request was too late. I cancelled appointments expecting a visit to repair my washing machine . Voice mail message left on Monday morning was inadequate; neede response by email as I had made the request on line. The engineer arrived Tuesday am after a phone call and request for that time . I am satisfied with the result of his diagnosis of the problem,and hope the part needed will be available soon.

Problem with our fridge, found Glotech on line. They were able to come next day, great communication from the technician. Problem solved and guaranteed with what I consider to be a reasonable call out fee. I will certainly use again for all our domestic appliances.

Call out service good. But then had to pay £80 to be told my fridge was scrap and nothing could be done. The call out fee was to include any labour which I accept but no work was carried out. Surely this fee could be reduced if not even a screwdriver was taken to it. Not happy

I booked an oven repair through Glotech and received an email that the appointment was made for Thursday morning, 21 July. When I rang the local engineer on Thursday to confirm the time, I was informed that the appointment had been cancelled by Glotech. I hadn’t been informed and I was not impressed with the services of Glotech, though the local engineers were very helpful and I will use them again.

A huge thank you to your engineers for repairing our 19 year old Samsung American Fridge Freezer, a massive saving on buying new. Prompt refund of an unused part. Would always get Glotech to repair any electrical item in the future, up until now always bought a new appliance as thought it would be easier.

my original repair for my freezer was all booked up for the following day then I got an email 5 minutes after the office closed saying that it was rebooked for the following day. this is not acceptable

Called the booking line Saturday, made an appointment for the following Monday between 8 & 1pm. On the Monday at 10.30 having put the morning aside, I received a call from the franchise for this area & was told “sorry, glitch in our computer system so won’t be able to come today. I only came into work an hour ago & I’ve had loads of calls to make.” Not good enough, it was a fridge freezer needing repair, for the hottest few days of the year. Don’t use them, I never will again. Especially as it wasn’t GloTech due to viisit me, but a franchise.

They do not call or listen and falsely claim for fc charges no updates after a job and hard work to deal with. I would avoid

I telephoned the call centre and place an order for a replacement door handle my Miele freezer. The person, who took mycall, was very helpful and we agreed a time and date to carry out the repair. On the day that I was expecting the engineer, by 4.30 pm, the engineer had still not arrived. I telephoned the call reception and was first of all to be told that they would have to find out what had happened and would ring back. I never received a call so I telephoned again. This time the person concerned was very helpful and explained that my freezer handle had been given to the wrong engineer, who was not authorised to repair really equipment. He then explained that I would have to have a new slot. Unfortunately at that point I was having to go out in a hurry and asked him to leave a message on my answerphone. I never received a call. Today I telephoned to try and find out what was going on and having waited some time to speak to a person after a short call I was cut off and left hanging on the line. Glotech seeming capable of returning calls or keeping their clients aware o any issues. I have paid for this freezer handle and it has been deducted from my card. The whole performance from my point of view been a complete disaster. I am still waiting for a response.

The engineer who came was very polite and courteous. He knew exactly what was wrong with the freezer and set about putting it right. He explained there was no need for new parts. All now working perfectly. I was also impressed with the booking system. A slot was available within a day of requesting. Excellent service all round.
