“The engineer who came was very polite and courteous. He knew exactly what was wrong with the freezer and set about putting it right. He explained there was no need for new parts. All now working perfectly. I was also impressed with the booking system. A slot was available within a day of requesting. Excellent service all round.”

“I was very impressed with the service. Was easy to get an appointment with only a day or so wait. Engineer telephoned to say he was on the way and arrived promptly. Engineer quickly found the fault and remedied it. At all times he was efficient, professional and friendly. Would recommend.”

“Appalling! I booked online for a specific time for them to come. Re-arrange for work from home. Appt confirmed by email for 8-1pm. It was only when I checked my email that they said the appointment had been changed to all day. The. When I phoned, they said they would not be available till Wednesday at the earliest.”

“The fault was clearly described. They sent an inexperienced mechanic who said Bosch not good machines. Without taking the machine apart a diagnosis was made. We could have been warned that Bosch parts are very expensive and not readily available. Why didn’t they advise the parts would cost over £500 new machines cost less than this. I certainly wouldn’t recommend these people they charged £81 for a call out and repair. No repair was carried out. They are unethical and take money under false pretences.”

“Fixing broken heating element in Lacanche cooker. On first visit the wrong part had been ordered. After the second visit the oven wasnt heating up properly - this required a third visit to fix”

“Called out for a wine cooler with E1 fault code, engineer arrived and said it was a temperature sensor which i knew anyway, he then said its not worth repairing as just as cheap as getting a new one. Billed £70 and vat for 10minutes. I informed them before they arrived code E1 so they knew before they arrived.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your email, I am investigating your feedback however I do understand that it can be frustrating when an appliance cannot be repaired for various reasons. I need to understand from the engineer as his notes states a PCB and sensor were required and this may well be the reason that the repair would be classed beyond economical repair. I will confirm these details Thank you
