“Booked engineer to come and repair my dishwasher. When engineer arrived he was only there for maximum of 10 minutes where he instantly decided I needed a new motor but advised it would be cheaper to buy a new machine rather than a new motor. My machine is only 4 years old and I was left with no confidence in what engineer told me. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from a different company and as expected the fault was not the motor but a simple blockage in the pipe which was removed and now dishwasher is back in operation. I paid your company £86 for this call-out which was a complete waste of money. Very disappointed with the service received and will not be using you again and will be passing my experience on to other potential customers and will be taking the matter further if my money is not refunded.”

“Great Customer Service. My Italian Cooker decided to pack up on The Jubilee Day , luckily the potatoes had just boiled over and they were cooked, however cooker was Kabut!!! I phoned my Electrician who told me to contact the Supplier who in turn gave me Glotec’s telephone number. I had to wait a few weeks, however it was worth the wait. The Engineer was a very good communicator, on time, vehicle spotless and appearance very smart. I felt an absolute stupid woman, the Engineer went and adjusted my electric box, turned the cooker on and yes, it was working, it must have dried out after the potatoes boiled over. However, the Engineer checked everything very carefully and even wiped the sides of the Cooker as it is so heavy I cannot pull it out. I will recommend your Company and use your Company again for any other Appliances apart from my Miele Washer and Dryer as have a long Warranty with Miele. Great Service all round. Glotech Repairs on the top of my list for Appliance repairs not many Companies now a days give such good Service.”

“You charge me over £74 for a call out then you say you can’t get the parts why didn’t you ask me the model number so you could check if you could get them before coming out waste of my money”

“I stayed in the whole afternoon with my children and they didn’t show up. No phone call either. Then turned up nearly 2 hours late while I was getting my children ready for bed. Unfortunately I still allowed him in and was charged £81 for the guy to be in my house for literally 5 minutes to tell me the machine wasn’t worth repairing. Was flabbergasted they still charged the whole fee for that. Money grabbing, late with no communication, I wish I hadn’t bothered.”

“Glotech did a brilliant job when our dishwasher stopped washing properly. The Glotech repairer came less than 48 hours after our call for help and left us with a brilliant clean machine working as it did when new. The price charged was very reasonable. Thank you !”

“Bad customer service. I booked a washing machine repair and they confirmed the time and the day.I cancelled work and 4 hours later they phoned to tell me that they can't do it. After I asked to speak with the manager they just hang up. REALLY RUDE even one star is too much for them”

“Didn't turn up. Don't answer the phone. Head office number on website say they also have difficulty in reaching their own people. If you want your problem fixed suggest you look elsewhere.”

“Ben was very good. He looked at the problem, quickly worked out the issue and repaired it with a replacement part he had in his van. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself, which I very much appreciated.”

“Although my tumble drier ended up being beyond repair, it was good to have the GloTech engineer identify the fault and order the replacement part. Communications were clear throughout and my refund was made quickly when the new part failed to rectify the problem. The engineer was polite and helpful. Customer support was also very helpful.”
