“A really fantastic experience. Engineer was friendly and really thorough explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately our machine couldn’t be fixed but I have peace of mind knowing i haven’t bought a new one needlessly. Would definitely recommend and use these guys again”

“The guy who came quickly found the problem ( a 5p coin inside the washing machine) However, when I had booked the vsit I did ask that a cover for the front filter be brought along and fitted and this did not happen.”

“Oven elements had gone engineer turned up without part said had to order part charged me £124 then told it would be 10 days before could be done another company repaired it 2 days later told you about this was told you could post part to me!!! I declined so allegedly you will reimburse me cost of part only,with your company I was 9days without cooker if I had waited for you it would have been another 10 days not happy”
