“I had no service at all as the filter had split in my tumble dryer. I thought that the person coming out to me would do an overall check on my tumble dryer but he literally delivered the part and said I should have just ordered the part online. He reluctantly came in when I asked him to but said that he had parked badly and therefore had to rush off. I felt it was a real con. I asked him about my washing machine as the rubber seal had warped slightly and dripped water each time I took the washing out. I asked him if he could find the number on the machine as I had been told when I rang you that you would need this in order to order a new one. He took a photograph of the machine and said he would order it but I have heard nothing.”

“A very polite and skilled engineer. Fixed the problem on first (and only) visit. Slightly overpriced, though, with the usual "we'll tell you the price without VAT so it appears lower" trick. (I knew the total price, I just find that little trick disrespectful and annoying.)”

“The engineer did not have a good command of English and was unable to tell me what the problems was with my washing machine. I had to call the office the next to be told that it was an electrical fault and that there was nothing you could do to help me even thought the washing machine was only 5 years old. The whole experience cost me £80 which seemed a waste of money. I have used better companies in the past who if unable to fix the problem at least were at least able to explain the problem and not charge so much”

“information provided to call centre was not actioned. initial engineer visit failed to have necessary parts, although requirement was already known. It would have been helpful for the secound engineer to advise on the arrival by phoning in advance”
