“I had to recall the engineer on two occasions as my fridge was still not functioning correctly. However service from Glotech was good and they sent engineers back to my property promptly and the problem has now been resolved.”

“As it took three visits to resolve the issue with my oven, I was very glad only to pay one call out charge. The engineers were neat, tidy and extremely courteous workers but I was disappointed that a crucial fault was missed during the first visit which meant it took three calls to fix the problem instead of two. I was not chuffed to be left with the old parts to dispose of and would have expected these to be removed by the engineer.”

“Your contractor in Medway was an incompetent crook who took my money under false pretences. When I wrote to Glotech to complain it was totally ignored and never acknowledged. Had I had the time I would have reported you to Trading Standards for dubious practices.”
