Engineer was on time knowledgable and obviously experienced. Unfortunately my appliance could not be repaired so I paid the fee for a short consultation. I appreciate I had to pay for callout and 15/20mins of engineers time but would have felt happier if there had been some small reduction of the fee in these instances.

Engineer was very friendly and helpful but our appliance was beyond repair as the parts needed was obsolete unfortunately

The technician arrived in the time slot having rung ahead, completed the work on my washing machine and gave some advice on how to keep it working smoothly. He was polite and the work was reasonably priced. A very good service!

Very kind and helpful engineer. Knows what he is doing explains in a manner where it's easy for me to understand after three engineers from Domex who came and couldn't fix the job, he did it very quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Having promised at 12.30 to be with me "in a couple of hours" your sub-contractor arrive at 6.30pm in the middle of supper. In the event, the problem was electrical, and nothing to do with the extractor hood. The engineer could use a little training in customer relations, and was rather brusque and overbearing. It's not my fault that he had had a bad day. (However, his first language was not English so this might have been part of the problem.) My views are probably coloured by the fact that I had to pay £80 for nothing except for the diagnosis that I needed an electrician!

Good service to send the engineer who diagnosed the problem and that parts were required. From then on no information was forthcoming until prompted by telephone. The request to discuss the problems on the phone was ignored and correspondence was by email only. In the end six days after the engineer's visit, it was decided that no part was available. Had we been told the likely ball park figure for the parts we could have ordered a new fridge freezer earlier which we have had to now do anyway. I would not recommend to others

Everything happened as Glotech said it would. The engineer arrived on time and immediately sorted out the problem. My dishwasher is working again.

Great service, friendly people. Dishwasher packed up, man came out within a day, found the problem and was fixed 2 days later.

The engineer turned up on time. He then quickly established that our tumble dryer was older than we thought, it was beyond repair.

My American fridge freezer had stopped working and i discovered Glotech on the internet. The site was easy to use and I booked an appointment that suited me. The engineer arrived in the time slot I had booked, he was very knowledgable, kept the area very clean and fixed the appliance. I was very happy with the service provided.

It’s been 3 days & no quote for new parts plus the engineer said it could another 3 - 5 working days before they can get the parts

Very disappointed. The engineer arrived at 18.30 which was supposed to be between 12 & 17.00. When he arrived he didn’t seem to know how to take the machine apart and consequently damaged the casing by trying to lever it apart with a screwdriver. The casing has not been refitted properly, the door seems to be binding inside and it’s making a new noise at the end of the cycle. I have complained, but as yet no response. Hopeless. I could have done better myself. Waiting for remedial action. It’s a shame I have paid. Chris Shaw
