“Total con n rip off £72 paid and still left in exactly the same situation before I rang with a washing machine that doesn't work . It costs u 72 just to tell you which part is broken then yr told days later £192 to fix it's cheaper to buy a brand new machine . Wasted my time n money would never ever use again . Very disappointed .”

“it was a cooker light bulb gone, which tripped cooker electrics and made the bang. However £98 for a call out is very expensive to me for a new bulb. Chap did simple diagnostics. Web site said around £50 so misleading when I rung to book in an engineer. Job satisfactory, obviously, call out exorbitant and misleading.”

“Brilliant technician Kevin. I had a problem with my fridge freezing food, Kevin was brilliant , he fixed everything in one go without any problems, costumer service excellent, feels like I know him for many years. Brilliant technician and person. Finally my fridge freezer again working as it should do. Thanks”

“Engineer came in to fix the dishwasher. There are 2 issues that I have with this job: 1. Engineer suggested that the flow through heater of the beko dishwasher isn't working and needs to be replaced. On asking price, I was told it was about 40 pound. I agreed to him, trusting the engineer and the company didn't check the price online. At the end I was charged about 68 pound for the part that costs about 42 on beko's website. I called the company and explained them but the response was this is our marketing price and since it was provided to you on the spot, it will be more than what you see online. Sorry but that is when I lost the trust in repairs4u. 2. 2 days after this, I now discover there is water all over the area around the dishwasher and if I step anywhere close to the dishwasher, water is coming out of my wooden flooring. I feel there is a leak somewhere causing this but when I spoke to the representative, I was told the earliest the engineer can come to see this is in 3 days. With water leak and spoiling my flooring, I am totally disappointed to hear this response. I am not sure if there is anyway to complain about this as the representative said she is the only one working at the moment. Id appreciate if someone calls and gets this matter sorted for me.”
