“Dishwasher...Wrong part ordered at first inspection so repair didn’t work.Correct part was expensive so decided to buy new machine.50% of call out fee was deducted from cost of new machine which was fair. New machine delivered and fitted within four days of ordering which was good.All staff pleasant and polite at all times which makes a change.”

“My machine is 18 years old and an not an economic repair. Your Engineer was courteous and helpful and offered advice regarding a replacement. I am currently dealing with Danielle Stavrakis, who is researching some likely models for me to choose from. Hopefully I will get an order sorted shortly.”

“Jason and his colleague were very pleasant and carried out the repair to the ice maker, although we now have a rattling sound from it. Will give it a few days to see if it disappears.”

“Reasonably short delay in attending, good communication of expected time of attendance and phone call 20 mins before arrival. Did not have the required replacement part in his van but only took 2 days to acquire it. Expensive but no more than competitors.”

“The guy who came quickly found the problem ( a 5p coin inside the washing machine) However, when I had booked the vsit I did ask that a cover for the front filter be brought along and fitted and this did not happen.”

“Very happy with the repair. Felt a bit misled with the cost. Was told £150 for the repair including the part. Turns out the part was a bit more expensive and this was all plus vat. That wasn’t made clear. Ended up being £193. I have since emailed and queried it. Was told it would be passed on to head office. I’ve waited before leaving this review but I’ve had no response. All in all, great repair, shame about rest.”

“We were initially disappointed that the washing machine corrected itself as the engineer came through the door, and we would have to pay the full visit price. However, the engineer advised us that after each visit a three month warranty would apply, and this is quite satisfactory and reassuring.”
