“Arrived following day calling 20 minutes prior to arrival with a competent engineer who diagnosed washing machine internal leak within minutes and repaired / refitted hose quickly. Completed numerous cycle tests and refitted under worktop. Only downside was not being informed whether arriving am or pm. Will definitely use again but hopefully will never need to.”

“Thanks for arriving on time, pity you weren't able to repair my old washing machine, as it wasn't economically viable, thanks all the same, I realise you have lots of costs and that if the repair was economical, the almost £90 would have been more than well spent. Regards, Bruno”

“I found your engineer quite patronising He proceeded to tell me I would be better off with a front loader for economic reasons This machine of mine has served me well for over 20 years It is not for your engineer to tell customers what they should or should not be doing”

“It took the repair person, who was obviously highly competent, a couple of minutes to diagnose the fault in my washing machine. He was also able to predict confidently that the repair would be too expensive to be worthwhile so I knew I was in the market for a new machine. Unfortunately, Glotech admin and sales didn't move quickly enough to get back to me with a proposal so I bought the new one online, which was already installed by the time they responded.”

“I’ve booked online, having done a price comparison. Customer service were polite and efficient Alex who came to do the repair arrived same day and was informative and helpful. I would recommend this repair service.”

“Solved the problem but with the use of only two screws (not three) will have to see how long it lasts. Not cheap but cheaper than a new tumble dryer.”

“Engineer who came to assess my washing machine was very polite and helpful. Only took a couple of minutes to discover the problem. The reason I didn't go ahead with getting it fixed was the quote was expensive and I have ordered a new machine for only a little more than it was for my old machine to be repaired.”

“the guy who came out the fix the Neff dishwasher was very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. we paid by card and asked him for a receipt which he said would be emailed to us. but still awaiting receipt”

“There was a quick response to my call but it took the engineer about 10 mins to tell me it wasn't financially worth repairing my Siemens dishwasher. I was charged a huge sum for that quick diagnosis eventhough I am purchasing a new machine from you.”

“I would use this company again despite an initial mix-up over telephone numbers. The two engineers who visited to confirm and then repair my dishwasher were well trained and knowledgeable.”

“The engineer was on time and had trouble diagnosing the fault as it was intermittent. However he then came a second time for no charge, when the fault recurred, and diagnosed it. Helpful advice was given for replacement of the machine.”

“Easy to book, genuine appointments and very reliable. Unfortunately the part for the repair of my fridge freezer was not available. Had to chase quote for a replacement appliance, however the appliance and install was more than I wanted to pay, so ordered elsewhere.”
