“Nobody got back to me so still without a dryer”

“BEWARE! I received a good service with booking an engineer, and had a visit 2 days later. Then things went downhill I was told that the parts i needed were on a 4 week lead time, which was not a major problem so i paid the £93 visit fee I then received an email from Ben saying the parts were now obsolete so they were no longer able to help I soon found this to be lies, an online search found "Ransom parts" confirmed these parts were available and in stock I emailed Ben to inform him of my disappointment and received no reply So as soon as you pay for your service call out they will lie to you about parts not being available PLEASE DO NOT PAY UP FRONT”

“Very happy with the service I received today. Lee brought the parts that were needed with him, was very helpful and efficient and was done within 30 mins. He also alerted me to a pretty serious safety oversight on my part, which could have had disastrous consequences. Thank you so much, will definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Fantastic service ... my built in oven was not working ... I found Glotech via google search ... booked appointment online for next day repair ... Adam the Service Engineer arrived in the confirmed time slot and fixed the oven replacing all the necessary parts. Adam was Excellent”

“We were delighted how quickly your company responded to our request for a repair call-out. The technician who came was very polite and he immediately discovered the fault with our oven and very efficiently repaired it. “Disappointed. Engineer didn't know the cause of the problem. May have been a gas leak or a blockage. Could re-gas for £71 but may not solve it. If a gas leak or blockage, couldn't be repaired. So didn't proceed. Still had to pay call-out fee.”

“Your engineer was very prompt and onchecking out my dishwasher advised it needed two parts. The cost of repair would have been similar to cost of new dishwasher. I appreciated the engineers honest comments that as it was 10 years old it probably would be better to buy a new one which I have done. Thank you for your service.”
