“Excellent service My fridge freezer is 38 years old When the defrost was not working I was so upset that I thought we have to retire it but the person from Glotech solved the problem. So we can keep it in our family more years”

“Gotech tried to repair my dishwasher but this was not possible so I purchased a new one. It proved difficult to supply a replacement that fitted our kitchen but Glotech's sales team found a solution and this was fitted successfully by friendly and efficent engineers. Many thanks Glotech.”

“We purchased a Neff Built In Oven, supplied and fitted by Glotech (Dudley). We found the service we received from Chris the engineer and Chris Field the manager excellent. Both people were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We would happily recommend Glotech to any of our family and friends.”

“After scheduling with Glotech to have a technician come to the property on a Monday, the technician calls back to let me know he cant make it and not even attend the property for over a week later. Basically too busy and that I should call another service?”

“my appliance was not able to be repaired and the engineer aid it would break down completely in due course.He gave some welcome advice and said that a new appliance could be purchased via Glotech and the company would be in touch with me. this happened the next day and I have a date for installation of a new fridge freezer on October 21st. I ws pleased withe the speedy response and the helpfulness of the engineer (Ben )and the office staff I spoke to . So far so good, I have every confidence in the process”

“We had a good experience from Glotech when we purchased a freezer so turned to them when our washing machine stopped working. We booked the repair online and someone rang back almost immediately to say they couldn’t do the date we had chosen. We arranged another suitable date. However, on the day we had originally chosen Glotech rang to say they had another engineer in the area who could come that very day. I have to say that we were very impressed by that! The engineer duly arrived, having called to say he was on the way. He took the machine apart and advised us that he could repair it but the parts alone would come to over £400. After five years clearly it was time to replace the machine. He explained that Glotech would provide us with three quotes for a replacement machine. We paid our £89 call out fee and he left. Next day we did receive an email from Glotech outlining the options available. In the meantime we had done our research and found the model we wanted at John Lewis who also offered a free two year guarantee. We rate Glotech highly, everyone we dealt with was very friendly including the engineer who took time to explain the problem to us. Disappointed, of course, that an economical repair was not possible on a relatively new washing machine but otherwise impressed and would use again.”
