“Should have been a TOO LONG wait (36 hours) for Fridge/freezer repair. Thank fully excellent engineer arrived after 5 hours. I had pointed out that I live alone, am 77 and disabled so maybe that helped. A worrying time.”

“Sorry -- but I wasn't actually able to usee Glotech despite it being recommended by a neighbour. This was because all the morning slots were taken for quite a few days and as someone with a school run every weekday, the weekend and afternoon slots were simply not possible.”
