“Always call Glotech now for any appliance repairs needed. The engineers are down to earth & friendly but always professional in my experience. Also the price quoted at booking has never been increased by "additional extra charges" (which some other companies do! ) So I have always paid what was quoted. I would 100% recommend Glotech to anyone as a satisfied & happy customer.”

“i would like to say Alex did an outstanding job and was able to fix the job straight away know exactly what the problem was in mins as your last engineer was not able to fix the problem or recognise what was wrong only gave an excuse and made me wait 2-3 week without even letting us know what the next step was so i phone to complain and Alex the engineer was the best ever and of cause professionally able to complete the job as we was left hanging before with no appliance”

“Terrible service so far and the machine has not even been fixed yet. The first appointment was never booked even though I called and booked. Only found out after I had waited at home. Second appointment the engineer was late and he was quite rude as well.”

“I represent the customer, but was the person who booked and dealt with the Service Engineer for Mr Ambler. The whole experience was excellent. Your telephone operative was very pleasant, informative and helpful. Having an individual engineer to contact in this situation was unbelievably helpful and reassuring. He was courteous, kind and very understanding of the situation. I was kept informed at all times and positively encouraged to engage with him with regard to a follow-up conversation. The work was quickly completed, a simple solution soon identified and dealt with. No unnecessary work was carried out, extra care being taken to ensure the washing machine remained in good working condition by lubricating the seals and door catch. “Thw online booking system was really easy and I was able to et an appointment quickly. The engineer was prompt and really helpful. The dryer was fixed quickly and he advised on how we could maintain the appliance moving foward. Really good service!”

“My washing machine broke down - the Technician gave me straighforward opinion the motor was unrepairable and as such no point in repairing better to buy a new one I liked the very professional, honest and reliable posture of Oliver ( the Technician ) Really impressed”

“I specifically asked that the technician call in the morning, and it was mid-afternoon before I heard from him. This precluded other activites I had planned. he had some trouble parking, and expected me to have a parking permit for him, which was the first I heard of it. he then went looking for a parking space, and that was the last i heard of him. He went back to base without telling me. I was extremely disappointed, given the time I had already wasted, and had to call another company. For this reason I give glotech no stars at all, and will not be doing business with you again.”

“Given the wrong date on the email, cost me money to have the tenant take another holiday, when broached the subject off compensation for your error was told it was not customer policy, will never use Goltech repairs again”

“It was simple to book up and my repair person turned up promptly and was extremely efficient in solving the issue with my washing machine. I liked the fact there was a set fee which was reasonable and that I could pay by card with no charges for using the card. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and would use this service again.”

“Glotech made booking very easy, they emailed to confirm booking, the engineer rang me on the day to let me know when he could come. My machine was old so I decided not to go ahead with what would have been an expensive repair but engineer gave me lots of very helpful impartial advice to inform my decision. Prices were very reasonable as one off payment would have included second visit if I had gone ahead with repair. I was very pleased with whole service and would use again”
