“Easy to book appointment system online. Good commmunication before appt to ascertain nature of problem. Technician attended and found fault quickly and resolved problem. Will use again.”

“Problem still not resolved - tried using different dishwasher tablets as suggested by the Engineer. I left a message for the Engineer to call me back but have not heard from him. Very disappointed and a complete waste of my money!!!”

“We First operatives visit was not successful although I followed his advice, and allowed the fridge freezer to defrost for 48 hours. Some two months later same problem but fortunately this time with a service engineer who rectified the problem in no time worked quickly and efficiently at no extra cost to myself. Fingers crossed I am now happy.”

“Your engineer was very pleasant, polite and personable. He spent a long time making sure that the dishwasher door would shut properly as the dishwasher had sunk in its housing. I have always been impressed with your prompt and efficient service. Thank you.”

“Why market yourselves as Bosch experts yet when the engineer comes down he freely admits that Bosch lock down a lot of the fault codes and keep the remedies to themselves so has to guess what the problem is and has to replace a large part than necessary just to cover everything. I was charged £157 for a whole new control unit which had no impact on the problem and wasn’t related to the fault code. The problem was never rectified so I am still £71 out of product for paying for an engineer who wasn’t able to identify the fault in the first place. I feel extremely misled over the ability to properly find the root cause of a problem in a Bosch appliance. I wish I’d just gone to Bosch who are properly trained.”

“We had a problem with our fridge-freezer and called for help. The engineer arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and effected the necessary action to resolve it and then carried it out without delay. He was very courteous and helpful Thank you and him very much. D E Clark”

“Specifically made a booking a couple of days after what was available so that I could call them and ask for first or very early call. When the engineer hadn't shown up by 1230 I called the company you'd selected. Just after that engineer arrived. He said he hadn't been given my request and that he was 'pissed off' he had so many calls that day. He didn't have a good attitude at all. I most certainly won't be using your services again as have never had such bad experience with service engineer calling at house. This all has nothing to do with the fact that machine couldn't be repaired as we'd rather expected that to be the case. Also nowhere on their email did it say that there was a surcharge for using a credit card. Bad experience all round.”
