“given appointment paid up front, appointment 2 days later taken day off as will be with you 8am to 1 pm. 1 pm get told they cant get here as girl called in ill but they did not know, lost days pay and 5 hours waiting, not a reliable service”

“Extremely bad customer service. Will not recommend or use in future. Do not advise costs involved, waited over a week for repair. Do not comply with warranty period or terms and conditions. No customer care at all.”

Thank you for your review. I can see your repair is still open on our system. Our warranty period covers the parts and labour if the same fault occurs or the parts fail within 6 months. In your case, the same fault did not occur and the parts fitted did not fail so this would not have been covered by the warranty. Please accept our apologies if this was not made clear to you and any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hi Andrew, We are very sorry to hear your dishwasher was not repaired. Looking at the engineers notes I can see he advised which parts were needed but these worked out to be very expensive so the appliance was beyond economical repair. Many thanks Glotech

“To much money to turn up and stand there and do nothing and just stand say what it could be then say it’s the gas.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your freezer was not repairable due to the gas needing to be replaced. This is not something we recommend as it is not guaranteed to repair the appliance and would usually be beyond economical repair.

“The technician arrived in good time and took only a couple of minutes to identify the problem with our Zanussi washing machine: a band joining two pullies had broken. It took him a few minutes more to find that Zanussi no longer supply this spare part. e suggested we try an elastic band. We did and it does not work. The band is made by Megadyne. We have tried to find it on their website without success so far. So we paid £80 for advice but no solution to our problem.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your washer dryer has not been repaired due to the parts being unavailable. I have taken another look to see if there is any alternatives available but unfortunately there are not. I am afraid that until the engineer attends to diagnose the exact part needed we were unable to see if this part was available. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Many thanks Glotech
