I did leave a review on Trust Pilot. Sending this after a call I had with our office just shows how poor your communication is ! Booked engineer to attend and called on the morning to be told they would be coming only to wait in all afternoon and finally called to actually be told that there was a problem with the system and no one would be coming .

The repair technician was very nice, very professional, and went out of his way to make sure my dishwasher didn’t leak, suggesting that if it did leak that same day to call him personally and he’d come back. I’m very happy with the whole experience

It cost me 90 pounds for a 2,5 minutes job only to be told that I need to buy a piece that costs 250 pounds. It did make me feel utterly robbed.

Have used Glotech previously at my home in Barnet and very happy with the service ,at my daughters in Chelmsford and washing machine failed ,contacted Glotech online booked next day early appointment all very easy and efficient.The engineer called in advance and arrived early ,he was very professional and friendly ,after checking the issue advised in this case it would not be an economical repair. Could not be more happy with the service and Glotech will always be my first call for service or repairs .

Adam came early to mums and did a comprehensive check on her Hotpoint dishwasher, removing covers to check for flooding. Turned out to be something simple but he still rang later to check it was all working fine after he left. Mum was very pleased with service. She isnt tech savvy hence me writing review.

My call for an engineer was dealt with very efficiently and the engineer duly rang to say he was on his way. He was very quick in diagnosing the problem and proceeded to deal with it very speedily I now have an up and working machine Thank you very much

The most unhappy experience. Having paid in advance for an engineer to call, he instantly condemned the Range. We then ordered their recommended replacement, paid for in advance also, together with the Gold Service charge £169 only to find that the new appliance was supplied & delivered by AO.com who left the unit without advising the tenant that the oven was not usable as the door did not open. Customer Service experience following that has been slow and we have had to chase for answers. I would have given a no star if that was possible. Rubbish! Had I known I would have ordered from AO direct.

Clear communication throughout and warned of expected arrival time. Dishwasher repaired quickly and well and explained the fault and a suggestion to prevent it re-occurring.

Please read this before booking an appointment through these sharks, they will take your money and leave you no better off than you were before they visited. I booked and engineer (If you can call them that) to come and look at a CDA wine cooler and have to say I was amazed when they said they would be to me the day after my phone call. The gentleman turned up at 0950 and promptly got to work unscrewing the mesh at the back of the wine cooler, he then unclipped the starter relay, rubbed it with his fingers and re-attached it, plugged it back into the mains and still nothing !! And that ladies and gentlemen was the extent of his expertise !! He then proceed to tell me that it could be the starter relay, which are obsolete or £90+VAT if you can get one or it could be the PCB which is £275+VAT, but wouldn't actually commit to either of them fixing the fault and then stated that in his opinion I should throw it in the bin and buy a new one, which, it just so happens Glotech could supply and if I bought it now they would install it for half price !!! Very decent of them to take it out of a box and slide it under the worksurface and only charge me half price for that. What tree do you think I fell out of and how many times do you think i hit my head. He then promptly left having been in the house for approximately 15mins but with the £81.45 payment which I now regret paying him, I should have just told him I wasn't paying and slung him out. I then spoke to CDA directly, the first question they asked me was to turn the cooler off for 10 seconds, then turn it back on and listen to the starter relay click, wait 60 seconds and if it clicks again it is a sign that the starter relay is faulty. Guess what, it was. Amazingly I then managed to then buy one of the obsolete switches (there not) from CDA for a whole £11 which includes post !! I then asked him how much the PCB would cost if this switch did not sort out the issue and guess what £74 !! My advice is to avoid Glotech like the plague and go direct to the manufacture of your appliance and speak to them first. CDA were amazing and even if all else fails an engineer will cost £149 but includes all parts and labour. One last thing to those of you who have paid by credit card, you can claim your fee back under the Fair Credit Billing Act which protects your rights as a customer to dispute bad service from not providing services as stated.

The Glotech website booking system was easy to use, the call centre person was polite and informative and the technician was also polite, informative and quite right about the error on our dishwasher!
