“Terrible Am still waiting for reimbursement for a claim from December! 3 months now !! No return telephone calls ,email response around two weeks and request for the same receipts over and over!! Still no resolution!”

Dear Mr. Grist, We can see your comments regarding a delay via the Collinson Claims team in settle of your claim and this is not the delay we would expect from our appointed claims handlers, please provide us with the claim number and details via a direct email to our administration office globelink@globelink.eu so that we can urgently escalate this back to them for an update to both you and us, of the status of this claim and what has happened to delay a settlement.
