“I've used Globelink for a number of years now and recently thought I would have to make a claim for lost luggage. Having never had to claim before it was rather daunting but from step one everything was explained in layman's terms and the instructions were easy to follow. Luckily my luggage was actually traced after a couple of weeks and I simply sent an email advising the situation and that no further action would be necessary. This all happened over Christmas/New Year holidays so I was doubly impressed at how quickly my first email to them was answered. Very satisfied with this company.”

“This is the third time I have purchased the annual multi trip. Good price, easy to buy, helpful staff via email. Reasonable cover. Never had to claim so unable to comment on quality of policy or their claims department or process. Happy to date”

“Tracy was very helpful on the phone, she didnt try to get me to do one thing or another gave me all the details I needed to make up my own mind. it was expensive but no more then others I looked at, as I needed more then the normal 30 days per trip in the yearly policy, I also need it for a cruise and Im OLD :)”

“In these difficult times with a global virus, it's not easy to find comprehensive travel insurance. I then was recommended to look at Globelink, and everything I needed was there in an easy to navigate website. Thanks , I just hope I don't have to use the service I have purchased.”
