“We are expats living in Italy and will be travelling to the US then the UK. I was unsure of types of coverage and the staff person helped me determine the best package. I don't rate it a 5 because I have no experience filing a claim.”

“I have renewed my policy with Globelink, as their price was just a few euros more than last year. I cannot comment on their service in relation to any travel claim, as I haven't needed to make one (thankfully), so that is why I gave the company 4 stars.”

“To purchase of a travel insurance is easy on the Globelink website. Don't know about claiming for thatwe gave 4 stars. We still have to travel and of course we don't like to getting ill or having a accident on our travels. 4 stars it is. Older couple from Suffolk UK”

“The policy suits us as British expats living in France but the uplift as one of us is now 71 is eye watering. May review next year, it helps that we could reduce the length of trips this time.”

“Easy to use online interface and responded quickly when I had a query regarding level of cover I needed to select for some particular activities I have booked during a holiday. Policy documents and certificate were emailed to me immediately after I completed the transaction.”

“I can only review the buying process. That was fine and easy on the website but the price is quite high because of my age(76). I have previously used Staysure but now I'm 76 they will no longer insure me 120 days. The test of course is if I ever need to claim.”

“In general the process was easy except when on December 31 i went to apply your offer of a 5% discount there was no where to include it on the application form.”

“My only issue was that I received an email offering a discount but when renewing my policy there was no way to input this. Otherwise, fairly simple to renew.”

“Web site and process was as good as any I have encountered. As usual the medical section was rather more complicated as the summary covered both individuals. However I have found other sites that are far more difficult. Price was also highly competative.”
