“Pretty good travel insurance in many ways, however, no option for pre-existing conditions. Simply states that if you want these covered go find another insurer.”

“I can't give you 5* yet because never used it but I found renewing difficult online because it asks for password???? Much easier to just phone and speak to a very nice lady who sorted it all”

“Easy renewal for family of 5. It would be more helpful if the medical histories could be uploaded from previous years so not to repeat the whole process.We could then alter or add any addition information to speed the process up. Overall good value and easy to use the site.”

“The process of obtaining an insurance from the following company's website was quite smooth and fairly easy as well. I managed to fill in all of the details on my phone (it's that simple!!) I am also fully covered on a cruise or in general any trip abroad”
