“In general the process was easy except when on December 31 i went to apply your offer of a 5% discount there was no where to include it on the application form.”

At Step 3, after selecting the policy, there is an “Apply GTI Code” option where the code can be entered to apply the saving. We’re sorry it wasn’t easy to spot at the time and appreciate you sharing your experience.

“My only issue was that I received an email offering a discount but when renewing my policy there was no way to input this. Otherwise, fairly simple to renew.”

“Web site and process was as good as any I have encountered. As usual the medical section was rather more complicated as the summary covered both individuals. However I have found other sites that are far more difficult. Price was also highly competative.”

“Insurance policy seems to be much clearer than most and the representatives were helpful, always answering my emails. Solely on this, they get a good rating. Once my trip is over, perhaps a better time to ask for an opinion.”

“My experience with Globelink International Travel Insurance was pretty good. Their staff were helpful when I called to understand the different plans, and I actually got a well-priced quote that covered what I needed. The only thing that annoyed me was some of the document jargon was confusing, but they walked me through it. Overall, solid. Would use again.”

“Pretty good travel insurance in many ways, however, no option for pre-existing conditions. Simply states that if you want these covered go find another insurer.”

“I can't give you 5* yet because never used it but I found renewing difficult online because it asks for password???? Much easier to just phone and speak to a very nice lady who sorted it all”

“Easy renewal for family of 5. It would be more helpful if the medical histories could be uploaded from previous years so not to repeat the whole process.We could then alter or add any addition information to speed the process up. Overall good value and easy to use the site.”
