“To purchase of a travel insurance is easy on the Globelink website. Don't know about claiming for thatwe gave 4 stars. We still have to travel and of course we don't like to getting ill or having a accident on our travels. 4 stars it is. Older couple from Suffolk UK”

“Easy to get quote online, easy to understand, competitive pricing. Seems good, claims procedure unknown, and hopefully we never find out.”

“The policy suits us as British expats living in France but the uplift as one of us is now 71 is eye watering. May review next year, it helps that we could reduce the length of trips this time.”

“Price and coverage was good for the price however getting the policy was a problem. I paid , then the next day received a message stating that payment was still pending. Took a couple of calls to Cyprus which was a pain until i received the policy. Staff at Globelink couldnt initially find my account then once found it appears that there was a problem between their platform and the payment platform. So, if you dont receive your policy immediately chase them up”

Th new securer payment page was implemented in June which caused some card security issues with insureds banks but this we hope has been fully resolved and we were pleased to help finalise your purchase and issue you with travel insurance cover. “Tracey was helpful and understanding. After my husband had an medical emergency which occured prior to commencement date of cover, in spite of the comprehensive list of re-conditions covered, due to the serious nature and date of his condition combined with the fact that it was a multi legged journey involiving the USA, Atlantic sea voyage, understandably it would not be covered. Nevertheless, Tracey assisted by explaining things in detail, cancelling the policy and refunding half the premium (in spite of the cooling off period being long expired) issuing a new policy for wife only. We were able to arrange single person alternative cover with a specialist insurer. Communication throughout was good with quick response to queries, in a professional and clear manner.”

“This is a very good insurance company whom I've been with for many years now. Fortunately I've only had to make a claim on one occasion and it was dealt with with professionalism, speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend them.”
