“The best website I've used for purchasing insurance. Easy to navigate, everything clear with full information on what is and is not covered and nothing hidden in the 'small print' as it is all upfront in large print! I will use them again, especially as they cover us older travellers at a reasonable cost.”

“As always, I've used many times before, quick, easy and reasonably priced. On the one occasion that I phoned the company, after I made a mistake which I only realised after I had paid, it was promptly answered by a real person. My mistake was quickly resolved without any fuss or additional charges.”

“It is a bit soon to really know how the policy works out, especially as the ideal situation is I won't need to make a claim, and I'm sure you won't either, however, I am impressed by you being one of the very few firms that allow pre-existing medical conditions to be exempted, as I have no problem dismissing them as they are managed well with meds, but the companies that insist on them being covered are too expensive to an astounding degree, so I am really happy with Globelink so far, thank you for offering insurance at a reasonable rate.”

“I have given 4 stars as it was easy to book. I had a couple of concerns using the online system so phoned them and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I then went back online and made my purchase. I haven't had any reason to make a claim so can not comment on that side of things.”

“I was looking for ski cover initially but opted for the annual insurance, as that will meet my future travel plans. The online process was very easy and logical and the information provided clear. So far my experience has been very good. Obviously, as with any insurance, the true test is when you need help. Hopefully I'll never need to do that.”
